It was time to upgrade the seating in my customer lounge. I looked online at the office places. Then I went to Enrie's TV Furniture & Appliances. Ernie had great suggestions! New compact, durable, modern looking tables. Comfortable, solid, attractive chairsAnd even a rocking chair! My customers are very comfortable and loving it! Thanks Ernie!

My wife and I shopped Windsor and Essex, even drove to Bothwell looking for 2 recliners with no luck anywhere went to Ernie's,found exactly what we were looking for,came in a week early and was delivered, the guys that delivered were very informative and efficient, can't wait for future dealings with Ernie's TV and Appliances in beautiful downtown Kingsville

It was super nice at first, they even offered us to put some money down now and the rest on delivery, until I asked to read the fine print on their extended warranty, which is online, it excluded almost everything, and the warranty is voided if they find that you have not done regular maintenance on the appliance. So obviously I said no to the warranty pointing out it's not bumper to bumper" as they claimed and the maintenance stipulation can be easily misused

Brought a friend in to get their tv fixed. Picked up the tv, he was charged diagnosis fees, given NO diagnosis but was told the tv worked....got it back to his home..and it did not work. He is disabled and cannot afford another TV. Shame on you for taking advantage of disabled people Ernie's! Best to avoid this place. As the owner will NOT be of any assistance if you are not satisfied.

Recently purchased a fridge. The salesman was informative and friendly and the delivery was timely received as promised. Requested later assistance from Ernie to have staff reverse door opening on the fridge and was greeted with kind, efficient and timely assistance by him and their delivery and repair staff. I am quite pleased with the purchase and the service in every respect and will surely make future purchases

My experience with Ernie's was great, I just wish I would have researched my whirlpool washer and gas dryer. After 6 weeks of use, the dryer started making a loud noise. I called Ernie's they in turn set up with Whirlpool a service call, good so far. Mean while dryer is getting louder. Feb 8th Technician from capital comes takes the dryer apart and can't fix it needs to call whirlpool. He is going to get back to me that day, still have not heard from him have called whirlpool twice and nothing. So don't buy whirlpool. I wish I could send them back and get something else.

My Grandma purchased a washing machine. Upon arrival, they brought the original washing machine in, said It wasn't compatible" and returned it to the truck and brought in another one. They charged her $1300+Tax for the machine
