Ian Penney and the team at Janes and Noseworthy are a credit to the profession of Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals. Debtors and creditors alike can be assured they are receiving fair, impartial and accurate advice. They are my first and only recommendation when I am asked for a referral to a Trustee in Bankruptcy in the St. John's area. Not sure why, but all my creditors weren't contacted by Jane's and Noseworthy. Actually, there was 4 they didn't contact and now my finances are a mess, and it seems like I'm the one that's going to lose out.I recommend checking out a different LIT office/group, if you expect it to be done right. I am not impressed at all, and have spoken to people who never had this problem with BDO.Shop around and do your homework first.

I have dealt with Ian Penney many times. He has a great ability to focus in on the issue at hand and help to develop solutions that address the problem. If you are struggling with debt and are not sure where to turn, call Ian. He will arrange for himself or one of his staff to sit down with you, they will take the time necessary to understand what you are struggling with and can help you determine what direction is best for you!
