A random visit but a great visit.Customer service was great, friendly and welcoming.The menu had all the offerings you’d expect from an Indian restaurant.I wasn’t a particular fan of the two starters I ordered, a serve of samosas gives you exactly 1 piece, it was alright but nothing special. The chicken tandoori wasn’t the best, firstly the meat was on a bone and was more bone than meat and was a little dry.The curries tho were actually good. The madras lamb was particularly good, the lamb was cooked to perfection and I asked for extra spicy and got a good level of spice.The same can be said for masala dosa.If you skip the starters and overlook the somewhat dated interior, I’m fairly sure a good meal is to be found for most.

I was so disappointed with my breakfast from Sitara this morning. We ordered 4 breakfast and two were very good as always, bu the other two were terrible. Anyone who cannot make a simple omelet should not be cooking breakfast. I had the meat lovers omelet with hashbrowns and another one was the Western sandwich. They were cooked until rubbery and dry. The hashbrowns had no seasoning at all. I love the restaurant but couldn't let this go without comment.

We went to Sarnia to enjoy the view of beautiful Lake Huron and bridge that connects USA and Canada. Then, hunger made me find this Punjabi restaurant.We found that the food is really delicious. Considering the demand and supply in that region this a very nice place.

Went for breakfast to mix things up! I had the Eggs Benedict with Butter Chicken sauce! It was so good, I may never have hollandaise again! A Mango Lassi rounded out the very delicious meal.Tried an Indian breakfast and it was just as amazing! The Mysore Masala Dosa was delicious and enormous! Great start to the day. We did have to wait a little bit for someone to be able to prepare the Indian dishes to be on shift, but it was worth the short wait.

Lovely restaurant beautiful decor, staff were all very friendly and welcoming! Food was excellent and a lot to choose from. Would highly recommend trying it out. We hope to go back regularly to try the many dishes available of delicious well made Indian Cuisine. Our server really made our 6 year old day being super friendly and engaging. It was a lovely experience

We were recommended Sitara for Indian food in town and I would say it was a really good recommendation. We had Fish Tikka, Lunch Combo and Garlic Naan. The presentation and flavours were very authentic and delightful. The place itself has the warmth and welcoming vibes, made us comfortable as soon as we entered. Had a good chat with the owner Manjeet who is a very humble person, we will definitely be back whenever we’ll be back in Sarnia

Delicious authentic indian food. It is halal and the portion is huge. The service was fast and polite. They also offer a variety of not too spicy indian food. I highly recommend this place.

this restaurant is just at the border of usa and canada. you get a typical north indian food here. ordered mango lassi chocolate milk samosa plate daal makhni kadhai paneer naan and roti. everything was tasty. chai was little bit more sweet.but overall food was ok.

We went about a month ago. Wow! Everything was excellent! The food, the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. All amazing! The Fish Pakora was a suggested appetizer and is now a new favorite of mine. The mint sauce that it's served with takes you on a flavour journey like something you wouldn't imagine if you hadn't had it before. The onion kulcha was so soft, fluffy, yet crispy and flavorful. It was hard not to keep eating it and order more. Lastly the Korma Lamb entree was great as well, although it doesn't have the prettiest appearance. Don't be shy- it's delicious! The lamb was tender and the chunks fell apart in my mouth. Our server, Manjit, was wonderful as well. So polite and attentive! We'll be back! Thank you!
