Awesome customer service, communication and coordination of the vehicle I needed. Very happy with the vehicle I drove, pickup was a breeze and drop off easy peasy. Friendly staff

Poor service, but only at the very end: Upon dropping off the rental, I was asked if I enjoyed it. I said no, I didn’t like the vehicle and didn’t find it comfortable compared to my own — the truth and not personal, as I am fully aware the staff members do not construct vehicles or choose vehicles for customers. This is not my first rental while work was being done on my car. The employee took it offensively and started grilling me about my vehicle to compare: something I didn’t appreciate. When I asked if Enterprise needed a copy of the receipt for refilling the gas he said “No, unless you didnt put the right kind in…you know how to check that right? To put the right kind of gas in the car?” And the tone of voice was extremely mocking, condescending…I wonder if the comment would have been made if I were male? Being that he were twice my size and already being aggressive and I was alone in the parking lot, I ended the conversation and left but it made me feel not only unsafe but also demeaned. I expect that from much older men, not someone my age. He did not give his name to me but he was white with somewhat thinning hair. He was not the new trainee in the button up who did the walk through with me when I first picked up the car a few days ago (trainee was very polite, upbeat, normal, informed, etc). I’m offended and a bit taken aback by the blatant disrespect. I’ll continue to get my car serviced next door as needed but I will not be using this Enterprise location again as this kind of casual rudeness and misogyny is not acceptable.

This location doesn’t have after hours drop off, so they make you keep the car until the next business day. Tried to drop it off at 12:45pm on a Saturday and they were closed. When we phoned, he said we have to keep it until Monday, meaning we have to pay for 2 extra days. We said we were dropping it at another location and he said they charge a fee for this. Not good customer service and will not return. Will give our business to a company that doesn’t gouge you.

Excellent service, all I ever have to is call beforehand and they always sort me out, even with 0 notice. Nav is an excellent manager. Thanks for always being punctual, and professional. If i call and they say the vehicle will be ready by a certain time, it’s always ready for me at exactly that time.

The airdrie location helped me immensely. My car was stolen and I was advised to pick up a car but upon arriving they had told me there would be no vehicles available. After a few minutes they had given me the keys to the exact vehicle I was expecting and I was on the road.Very understanding and they go above on beyond to make sure you leave happy.Thank you again for the quick service.

I dropped off my new $110,000+ GMC 2500 AT4 truck at the dealership to get some warranty work done. They set me up with Enterprise for a rental while my truck was being worked on.I talked to Enterprise the day before and told them I needed something full size. They told me that they would have a new full size SUV ready. When I got to Enterprise, they gave me a 3 year old beat up, scratched up, still dirty with a cracked windshield and Less then a ¼ tank of gas in it, tiny Chev Colardo. When I expressed my dislike for the vehicle provided and the concerns I had with it, they did not seem to care.What a jokeNot good Enterprise.***Update***As noted below the owner responded to my review asked to email them direct only moments after I posted the bad review.I email them as they request with all the information along with my Rental Agreement number.Never heard back..I sent the email a second time.... never heard back.Well, I guess their response on the Google review page is all for show, so it looks like they are answering their bad reviews, where as they don't.Goes to show how much this franchise location cares about customer service.

very very poor service. Cam Clark Ford sent me to this location. First of all, the day I came to pick it up, they make me wait for an hour because the car was not ready/clean. I got late from work waiting an hour for the car. Still, the car was not fully clean. after I dropped off the car, they found a very little dent from before. I paid 300$ to fix that which was not made by me. Please don't go there, they will rip you off. I will never ever look forward to seeing them.

Worst location to rent from, if you can help it do not use this location to rent a vehicle. Vehicle is not clean, smells really bad and scary to use in the winter conditions. Windows do not defrost completely. Horrible experience.

My insurance sent me here to get a rental vehicle and despite the lack of cars available, Chris was able to get me a very nice ride as my vehicle was expected to take 2-4 months in the repair shop. These guys kept up with the whole process and gave me updates along with my insurance company. Big shout out to Chris and Nav as they both made the picking up and dropping off process super easy for me. Quick and efficient while still maintaining the customer experience that everyone expects! There was also a 3rd gentleman that works there, definitely wish I got his name as they all really helped out and have great communication and team skills.
