Dr.Lachman on review of my X-rays after a routine cleaning noticed I had a deviated septum. He referred me to a local specialist who confirmed and got me in for life changing surgery. I had seen many other doctors who told me it was only in my head or allergies. But he validated my concern and went beyond the normal scope in favour of excellent patient care. His staff are friendly and helpful and I would strongly recommend to any new patients looking to find a new dentist.

My name is Barb Geiger and I am a truly nervous patient. Until I became a patient at Cool Dental, I had never found a dentist that could actually handle a nervous patient acting nervous with actual compassion and care.Dr. Lachman is that dentist.Before I found his practice, I required a clinic that could provide general anaesthetic to have any major dental work done, despite its cost and unnecessary health risk. Dr. Lachman's techniques are just as effective as sedation that requires an anesthesiologist provided at the patient's expense.While I can't recommend his sedation techniques enough, his communication skills and compassion have done more to help me overcome my fear of the chair than anything. From the moment I walk into his clinic to the moment I get to leave it, his super-friendly staff make the visit as pleasant as a dentist visit could be.I could not recommend Dr. Lachman's practice more to any patient who has had traumatic dental visits in the past.

Janna was an absolute treat to work with! She made me at ease when going to the dentist isn’t the easiest thing to do. Dr. Lachman was also as always awesome to work with as well! I’ve been going to him for years and will absolutely continue to see them in the future. Good experience!
