Boris is incredibly honest and passionate about what he does.We had a problem with some birds getting into our unused closed off fireplace in the basement, Boris got up on the roof, figured out exactly what was happening, was able to open the fireplace, saved the bird (even knew exactly what kind of bird it was), and closed off all 4 of our openings on the roof.He did this for a fantastic price as well, all the while being one of the nicest dudes I've come across when calling any company to my house.I promise you, you'll be in great hands if you have any problems like I did!I wish Boris the best. I had called six different wildlife removal companies before WPA. They looked at my problem gave me quotes but each company had something off about them. One was not personable, the other was over priced and two of them didn't look at a specific issue I was concerned about while they were on the roof. When Boris came over I was at work but my wife was home to greet him. After listening to her concerns he went to investigate on the roof. Upon his return we all had a three way conversation. He clearly explained what the issues were, how to fix them and recommended further ideas to prevent new issues from happeningWhen everything was completed, my wife and I were very happy with Boris.I went on the roof when i got home and concluded that he did an excellent job, he fixed another issue i had up there as well. This company can be trusted to do the job right and charge you a decent price. I know this because as i said earlier I had six others before him.I highly recommend Boris to anyone, he's the kind of person you don't mind inviting into your home, hats off to you. I was with my auto mechanic and was telling him of my raccoon problem in my house. He said he had that problem recently & highly recommended Boris. I already made an appointment with another company but decided to cancel it and try Boris. I called him & was very nice to talk to so I made an appointment. He was very professional & very knowledgeable on what he's doing when he checked my roof. He showed me the pictures of the damage & explained to me the solution. The raccoons were gone after a few days & was able to do a good fix on my roof. He is highly recommended. Thanks Boris.

Had a black squirrel in my chimney,when I checked opening in basement it flew out, scared me lol. Called Boris , he advise what to do & came next morning. Boris is a gem of a human and a complete professional. He got rid of the squirrels in my attic and fixed the damage they had done to my roof. Extremely quick response, great pricing, honest and friendly. I would recommend him 100%!

Just had Boris here to investigate possible squirrels in the attic. He went on roof and said everything looked secure - that there was a drip edge to the gutters and mesh screens on all vents, so he didn’t think any animal had gained entry. Thought it might be mice, and made a few suggestions, but didn’t charge for the inspection. He was on time, professional and straight-forward in his assessment. I would not hesitate to call again if the issue continues (his company doesn’t deal with mice, so it’s off to the mousetrap store for me).

Boris was professional from the initial call. But he goes beyond being professional. He was also knowledgeable, helpful and informative. I will not hesitate to give him a call if I encounter another wildlife issue in the house, or to recommend him to anyone who has such issues.

I cannot speak more highly of Boris. He is an awesome guy and cares deeply about his customers. You don't see too many folks that have the work ethic and aftercare service that this gentleman has. We had a crafty skunk who took up free rent under our deck and would pay us daily with his odor, which made outdoor sitting an awful experience. We called Boris atnd we put together a plan of action, we were able to rid our foul smelling friend. If you need an critter removed humanely, I would highly recommend Boris, you cannot get a better guy!
