I've been coming to north york plumbing and heating for years because they are great.Today they went above and beyond. I brought them a shower cartridge that needed replacing. I have some experience with these things but have never seen the one that had been installed.The owner had a look at the part and had not seen it either before. After a short look he found the part in the back. I was very pleased and was happy with the outcome. That's when he said that he would cover the part after I told him it was about 10 years old. He said he would cover it and try to make the company pay through a warranty.As always, they are friendly and knowledgeable and go beyond what is expected.Thank you north york plumbing and heating.

Great store, as I need direction on parts, I'm just a beginner do it yourselfer. I've bought drains, duct insulation, tools, putties, appliance parts. Always great advice and more attention to detail than big box stores. I definitely recommend them. I'm not trying to hide my identity, be weary of reviews that do!

I was on a wild goose chase trying to find a part for my laundry machine. They were very helpful and ended up finding what I was looking for. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would have no problems recommending them or returning there if I ever needed plumbing help again.

I'd rate them zero if I could, I've been there couple times and feeling highest price in planet, they look at you and then release the price, got a price today over the phone and when I got there other guy was serving people, he'd charge me $11 more than the price was given over the phone and when I mentioned that he buckled up.Very sneaky sales people, if there was a second supplier in the area I'd never go to these guys again.

Always good at answering questions and giving advice when needed. Treat me like a regular customer and not lesser because I'm female (still a pervasive issue in the trades and home reno businesses). Will keep coming back.

If I could give 10 stars I would! North York Heating and Plumbing is simply AMAZING! I had a very challenging plumbing problem with a portable washing machine not compatible with a non standard faucet size needed to provide water nor could I find a suitable adapter. Went to two other local supply stores and they brushed me off and said they couldn't help....I was getting desperate as the washing machine could no longer be returned. Called North York and they suggested that I bring everything that I could in. Took Anthony less than 5 minutes to come up with the solution of hooking it up to the faucet water source under the sink where everything is a standard size....my hero!!!

Good customer service. Loved how they displayed some of their products to see how it would be in a home setting. The people who worked there were helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Love how it's a family company, can really tell that these people care about what they do and the service they provide. Will definitely use them in the future

We recently had two bathrooms renovated. We were so confused with which shower system to purchase and we checked so many different places. Some places had one price advertised which looked good then it did not include rough in kit etc.. We then went to North York Plumbing and Jeremy helped us. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Also the prices are good and it includes everything. He also gave good advice. Thank you so much Jeremy for all your help. Our two shower systems look great and work great.

Better than any of the Big Box stores, faster than Amazon, and friendlier and more knowledgeable than online. Don't waste your time in the plumbing departments of the big box stores, hoping to find someone to help. Give them a call, get what you need at a good price from a family business and support your local Canadian retailer!
