The competitive prices are attractive, but it has been very hit and miss as to whether they actually have the items they advertise in stock. Placing an order, only to be told it isn't actually available and then directed to a more expensive item isn't worth the hassle of dealing with this company.

Company has a horribly unfriendly return service. Forces you to pay for the return, then tells you it doesn't qualify (even fabricating a reason), then will hold the part hostage until you pay for return shipping as well. Slow hostile customer service, most of it clearly automated. Will not buy from ever again.Initial shipment was quick though. It seems they can keep prices low by robbing a certain percent of customers.

The processing took a long time, but when i called, the customer service was friendly and cordial. Once shipped it shipped using canpar, and everything went smoothly and only took 24 hours. They delivered it to my apartment directly and in excellent condition. All parts (motherboard, GPU, CPU) were working perfectly, and were packaged very well (supported with layers of bubble wrap & cardboard spacers)!

Ordered some parts, one part went out of stock overnight, they switched the shipping from 2nd day to 3-6 days charged me for 2 day delivery and took several days to process my order. When I called to correct they informed that it shipped already but there was no tracking number available. Would not recommend. Buying from newegg or amazon is less hassle and more reliable.

Ordered a brand new motherboard and I received an openbox with pins bend ... The customer service the worst I've seen in my life, conclusion Vuugo is just a bunch of scammers, don't buy there

Worst experience ever. If I could give a 0 star I would. To start off, before I purchased my item I did my research and read their reviews. Many people like my self currently have given them a 1 star and said they have horrible customer service and many things wrong. Still after reading all that I decided what could go wrong? If anything I will just return as their site says I can within 15 days.So, my order came in and when I opened the shipping box I saw that my item was tampered with and the seal was slightly broken. RIGHT AWAY I emailed them stating I didn't want to open the item as I see it was tampered with and I sent pictures along with it to show them. they asked for me to return it and after a couple days they emailed me saying they cant do anything about my return because the seal is tampered with. NO DUH the seal is tampered that is exactly why I am returning it and took pictures and a detailed email the second I opened their shipping box.Like everyone else is saying on here DO NOT buy off VUUGO they rip off their customers and have no care for customer service. I really hope this review saves some of you go spend your hard earned cash some where else.

Customer support is terrible, asked for support for an ASRock B660 motherboard that I ordered and never got a response back. Its been over a week.Honestly, I'd avoid this shop completely, because no matter the deal, if your product is faulty, good luck getting support.

These guys aren't even worth the 1 star. Their website inventory is false as they dont have much in stock and once the order goes through you will be waiting forever only to discover that the item you ordered is on back order and they will ask you to wait sometimes up to 2 months to no avail. Contact your bank right away to make them aware of these shady business tactics.

Got my video card from them. My package was shipped the same day and arrived within 2 days. The video card was nicely packaged and now I am enjoying it with zero issues.
