I highly recommend this vet. They really care about your furry family members. I called them at 11 am on a Saturday, they normally close at 12 pm. They stayed there till after 2 pm allowing me the time to get there, and to treat my dog with IV fluids as he was dehydrated. It has very quickly become obvious that they care about the pets they treat. It's not all about money for them. They also do follow up calls just to see if the treatments are working! Thank you to the entire team at Park Ave Vet. I am truly grateful for their help and compassion.

Dr. Bianca Ferenczy has given me the most sound, valuable, and up-to-date veterinary advice of my life so far with dogs. Her and her team have also taken the time to help train my current dog to be calm and relaxed during examinations and procedures. The best kept secret in town. Quietly tucked away behind the plaza, I am blown away time and time again with the level of compassion and care that is taken to ensure my pets' stress levels (and mine) are kept at a minimum during examinations-- whether it be for their annuals, or otherwise. Dr Bianca is the best! It's so refreshing to meet a vet who gives honest, sound advice and isn't in it just for the money

Today was the first time I had to use Park avenue Vet. Our dog Doug the pug, 12 years old was having a very hard year and the last month was very sad.The quality of service, compassion and professionalism from start to finish from the doctor and assistant was top of the line.Thank you from my whole family.

Dr B has been caring for my animals for over 25 years! My cats have all loved her, so did my dog. We’ve been through many illnesses and emergencies, and the care has always been excellent. Highly recommend!

Dr. B is one of the few homeopathic vets around. Wanted some help to support my dogs many health issues. It’s a complicated case, which is why I wanted professional assistance. The homeopathy process is expensive and unclear on what you get. The initial $200+ consult is literally a meet and greet. You get nothing out of it. Then you pay for for them to think about it… which took over a MONTH! Then after paying 3 separate fees I got a 5 day $30 supplement and advised to follow up. Assumed that would be to explain a plan of action. Each time she seemed unprepared and not really sure what we were trying to do. Charged $4.66 per minute for a phone follow up to sorta of explain a plan of 1 other supplement to treat 1 symptom. Basically paid a TON of fees to get not much out of it.

Dr. Bianca and her wonderful staff saved my wee guy's life and I will be eternally grateful. They have gone the extra mile over and over, coming in after hours, seeing him and checking in on him on Sundays, accommodating my own difficult schedule and just basically being kind and caring, as well as knowledgeable and not hesitating to get more knowledge when needed. I cannot say enough good things about them all . I am so grateful.
