Erick arrived an hour early to inspect a home I had bid on. When I arrived, he explained in great detail all the reasons Not to purchase the house. His inspection found purposely hidden defects that would have meant replacing an entire wall - the kitchen wall.I would only ever recommend his company and did when my daughter and son-in-law purchased their home.
