We brought my daughters phone in to be repaired. It was dropped. They supposedly fixed it. We picked it up it sat on a stand until Christmas morning amd she was able to use maybe 1 1/2 days. It was sitting on her bed and the screen started messing up again. We called because there is apparently a warranty which is a lie. They are trying to say we dropped it. It was originally dropped and not fixed properly the first time. I will never go there again.This is a reply to global tech.It's pretty funny how you say it was dropped again and the same damage happened. The phone sat on the table.beside my bed until just after Christmas. It was only.being used for a day and wasn't moved around when it was being used. It did not drop. You guys never fixed it properly the first time. There was no discount. We brought it elsewhere and the other company said it wasn't properly fixed. Whatever helps you sleep at night. I just hope you don't do the same thing to another person. It is now fixed properly. The phone that was supposedly dropped was bought from you as was another phone. The other phone had to be brought back and fixed because it was garbage as well.

I have few visits to Global Tech to fix my phone and tablet. Best customer service and reasonable price. Thank you. Great work.

I broke my pixel 7 phone screen, called around asking for prices and a timeline. Everywhere else I called quoted me $250-$300+tax and the screens wouldn't be in until Wednesday (called on Saturday). Called this guy, price was still $250 but he said he could overnight it so it would arrive on Monday, no extra charge. He also had a used screen that he could put on for $175 which I took him up on! He did the work very quickly and I had my phone back in less than an hour. I had some issues with the top speaker after so I took it back, it just needed to be cleaned out and he did it free of charge! Highly recommend, he's super nice and just wants to help you out!
