Terrible experienceDid my nails there once and already on 3-rd day 3 nails were chipped. Never had that problem before with gel nails, usually wearing them for 3-4 weeks no problem. I asked them to re do chipped nails and on the same night (literally in 3 hours) same nails were chipped again!Now i ended up with almost all my nails broken, some are broken right at the skin which is very painful. Gel just falling off in big chunks. My nails never looked that awful and it is in less than 2 weeks!Awful quality and I am extremely disappointedYou’re gonna pay more than in another salon and you’re gonna get so much lessI went there once and will never go again

I'm a long time customer and I can surely say that this is the best and only nail salon I'll ever go to. They have an extremely welcoming environment, are patient, detail oriented, and treat all their customers with such grace and kindness. I get countless of compliments over my nails and people are usually so shocked about how reasonable the prices are. Do yourself a favour and book your appointment here :)

Three weeks later and my gel extensions are still in perfect condition! The techs here do a great job, which I really appreciate.However, I didn't love the service itself - I explained that it had been a decade since I'd had my nails done, but was chastised when I said I wanted the tips a bit shorter and shaped differently. I felt I had to just go with what the tech decided in their mind, and while it looks great, this is maybe not the best way to deal with customers who are essentially new to the world of nails!

This is my go-to spot in the GTA. The manicures are always meticulous - legitimately the best I've had anywhere in the world. They're great not just for classic manicures but also for fun and whimsical designs.

I've been coming here to do my nails for just over 4 years, I love their service, they know exactly what I want, and the price is a lot better than other places I use to go to. My grandparents even go to get their pedicures and facial waxes done. I always get compliments on my nails and I let everyone know where I get them done. It is a friendly— family run business. They really get to know their clients on a personal level, making it feel like I've known them my whole life.

I have been going to get my nails done here for over 15 years, going back to before they re-located. I am now a committed lash extension client as well! I love their attention to detail, as well as the quality products they use. Even when I moved to Toronto a few years back and tried other salons, I ended up making the trek for 1.5 hours because it wasn’t worth destroying my nails somewhere else! I’m now commuting from Bradford and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They believe they are very reasonable with their pricing all around and they are lovely people that make you feel comfortable at your appointment, which is important for me!
