Flagship is amazing ,I have been using them for 5 years ,Anytime I have a problem they jump in to get it resolved . Easy to use and really the best customer service in the business . Do not deal with Purolator ,UPS or Fed Ex without them ! They have the discount on pricing and the clout to get problems fixed !!The absolutely best choice for any small business owner Thank you again to the team at Flagship for solving my latest headache .

I have been with flagship for a quite some years. they have had terrible service. My package was lost and I put insurance and it was just very terrible unhelpful. The whole system changed the great workers left their position . I do not know just things are not working look for another service elsewhere. They are useless they take your money. When you own them they harass you and when it is the other way around you. They make you wait for months never got a refund for my package never got my money back. I gave them thousands dollars but they don't treat their customers well. They are selfish and they care about themselves.

Flagship Courier Solutions is awesome! I have shipped a ton of highly sensitive electronic equipment through this company, and they have always come through for me. Their prices are unbeatable, and I've never had a single item damaged or come up missing. I have faced both of these problems with other shipping companies numerous times. There is no question I will continue working with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs only the best when it comes to shipping!

Been a customer of theirs for years to help navigate using courier services. All of this carried on just fine fine until I tried to use their freight logistics services. This is when the entire experience went down the drain. I went through the process to confirm a pick up, had my products ready to go, and after waiting the entire day for my pick-up (2 hours of work to prepare + 6 hours of a waiting window), I reached out to Flagship via email to inquire on the ETA of my pick up only to learn they cancelled and rescheduled it without informing me. The customer experience and communication dropped off and I have been left to undue a days work and find some other method of transport. I will no longer depend on this company to deliver, since they have proven they simply cannot.

Worst service ever! They lose your package and never pay back even when insured. Don’t waste your time and take your service someplace better. Sonia was very rude unhelpful and we waited 5monts they kept delaying the reimbursement only to refuse 5 months. People like this don’t deserve your service. Unprofessional, unhelpful and we lost over 5k because of them.

Used FlagShip for years and they were great until I encountered a problem. Sent package with estimated delivery of 4-8 days, no delivery was attempted for 21. Customer service was abysmal. Zero care, zero resolution. Will never do business with them again. If you are a small business owner, I recommend you look elsewhere.

System is very convenient to use and pricing is competitive but not fantastic. I find whenever I call customer service with questions they can be quite sharp and rude when answering questions. You can tell other people must be extrmely rude to them so they are very defensive and aggressive when you have questions. It doesn't matter how polite or patient you are with them. Billing system is also kind of convoluted and hard to understand - not great for transparency. Also, their freight side is quite new and not as developed and effective as other shipping companies so I have been using a different company for my weekly freight shipments. I may resort to a new shipping company for my smaller shipments soon too, simply because of the aggressive customer service....friendly service matters!

We downloaded the application because the company seemed credible. As soon as we downloaded, we received invoices for packages sent by UPS that we regularly receive without the use of an application on our site.Not only have we never registered our details in the Flagship application, but we have never opened an account either... After checking with Shopify, Flagship loaded all the orders we received from international customers in duplicate.Shopify confirmed that a case like this was perceived as fraud and a violation of customer data without consent.100% Not recommended.

You no longer need to shop rates with the big courier companies. Flagship's propriety system easily allows you to select which courier, the service level you need and all at discounted rates.
