Fast, comfortable, professional banking with informed advice can be found elsewhere. If you plan to go here bring food, water and a blanket, the lines average 2 to 3 days.

I'd lost my Debit Card, Sawyan got a new card and helped me with the CIBC app setup on my cellphone. Considering that I'd walked into the branch less than five minutes before closing time, he wasn't in a rush at all. Sawyan was very polite and helpful . Great Customer Service !! Congratulations!!

Have recently moved to the area, and have been using CIBC for many years and have had no issues with them. This has also been the case with this location, the friendly service and knowledge of the staff has been very helpful and put me at ease that my money and investments are in good hands. Yes, the tellers can get busy at times, and the waits, but this is also if the client with them at that time has a lot of business to do so it isn't necessarily the tellers fault, so people should be a bit more understanding.

Lori pratt takes her personal issues to work and takes them out on clients, very unprofessional I been trying to recive bank statements for over a week but I have to hope another employee is at the phone or else I wont get my of information just a rude experince im probably going to switch banks because of her.

Spoke to the branch manager to get information on having an erroneous payment reversed. The call was the most cold, unhelpful and the 'as a matter of fact' conversation I have had with any bank employee to date. No wonder the branch has a wonderful rating on Google.

Staffs are very unprofessional. I went to make an official draft but a lady teller took 20 minutes and sent me back with out making the draft saying the system is down and didn’t feel that she need to apologized for the wait .
