Massage was great. I went for two hours. . The first massage therapist was complaining 2 hrs is too long so I asked her to do one hour then ask for another therapist to do the other hour.After I finish my 2 hr massage i give the last therapist $15 tip for one hour massage .The last therapist could not speak English so she Google translate and said for one hour massage I must give her 30 tip. Keep in mind I payed $150 for 2 hours.So they therapist want us to pay $150 for 2 hours massage then they want $30 tip each for each therapist.I think the management should really have a talk with their massage therapist.

The most worst massage ever and ever. I paid for 60min than I left, even they don’t know about massage even they have never gone on the path of massage, don’t west u r money and time

Why do you have your masseuse workers asking for tips when there are signs on the walls that say tips are prohibited? If I like the massage customer will tip and even if we tip them they are not satisfied and they are greedy for more tips. If customers don’t like massage we don’t tip. In fact most of the ladies in this spa wanted only money and greedy for tips. They even yell at us for don’t take additional pain services or body scrub services and instead pay them for tips. But why do we need to tip ? Is it mandatory to tip ? If this is a professional massage services they shouldn’t asking tips or money for adult services ? Management has to look into this matter and also there is not RMT insurances services. If you don’t want to lose money don’t come here otherwise.

Its the best spa I've ever went to, from receptionist that gave me an advice which massage to get for my pain and my skin to masseuse that each one of them has specialty (I've tried Vicky and May, both of them are amazing, Vicky for pain relief: perfect, and May for relaxing: she is #1 and she is so funny) I will keep on coming for sure to find out more skills of those angles!! spa is so clean and calm the room is styles and has its own clean shower, the entire spa is perfect for relaxing and to be honest, I wish i can stay all day long !!!suggestion: (I always book for 90 minutes which gives the masseuse enough time to make you relax or relief your pain) Thank you million times for that amazing service !!!

It's very neat and tidy place and I used pain management which was really helpful for my lower back pain，after the massage I fell like a new person! highly recommend! !

I got the pain management service. It was good the rooms are very nice. The overall cost was very affordable but stop asking people for tips at the end of the service, we will tip if we want.

Very clean and relaxing place. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage and the masseuse gave me an amazing full body massage. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be returning! Very affordable for the quality of work as well.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had, and my girlfriend agrees as well!! The place is beautiful and eludes relaxation. The two amazing women me and my girlfriend had were the best, hands down. Best massage in the GTA, highly recommend!
