Joel and his father were excellent at helping me find the right vehicle for my needs, as well as financing for I was in a tough bind after having my car written off. After long days Joel managed to make it happen! I purchased a vehicle from Oliver Car and Truck just under two months ago. I have never been happier with the quality of vehicle compared to the price I paid. I booked a test drive online and everything was ready for me upon my arrival. I had researched, for six-plus months, from Oliver to Kelowna to Vancouver (even a few searches in Calgary). I found comparable vehicles (relative same year - same mileage) and OCT came close every time. The difference was if I went to Vancouver I'd have buy gas for one car down and two coming back. I'd have to feed another driver and pay, possibly for an overnight stay for two. If the test drive was not satisfactory, it may all have been for naught. I work too many hours to risk that amount of time once - let alone twice if needed. Test drive local, buy local. The car I purchased looks great, runs great with superior gas mileage. Added Extreme Contact tires and MoMo Massimo Italian rims for summer. Even their logo is tasteful enough to leave on my car. Thanks Joel and Todd.

We bought a 2009 Impala at Oliver truck and sales a few weeks ago, my wife and I dealt with Tom the Manager and got a great deal on a great vehicle.We noticed the car developed a couple of issues a couple of days ago, we went to see Tom and he introduced us to Todd, (the owner of the company) and the issues were taken care of immediately.Both times that we were at the dealership we were treated with respect and honesty and would highly recommend doing business with them.Rick and Heather MacMurchy

These guys are awesome...I did go to the big dealerships..they couldnt touch my price....had someone loosen my lug nuts in kelowna..sheared one off..phoned Joel..no problem we fix it...As a woman buying a vehicle you can see dollar signs in the eyes of the salesmen..not here treated with respect...I walked away feeling confident and happy with my purchase...went to a local mechanic and he also had great things to say....I did my research..i had a good idea of what i wanted and i walked out happy happy happy....GREAT SERVICE AND THEY STAND BEHIND THIER VEHICLES..CHEERS

My experience with this business is simply to advise anyone to not go. Dishonesty is what keeps them in business 34 years. Save your time and money and go to a brand dealer (GM, Dodge, Toyota), you most likely will find that their prices are much less. Business is not BBB accredited, and is rated B- currently. Rated 1 star to post this, but actually gets no stars.

No regrets. None. You are always honest, fair, and thorough. We just purchased our second time from you and I have brought others to you when they have asked my opinion.
