I wanted to share my 5 star experience with Barry’s Jewellers. Susana’s customer service is absolutely amazing! She took the time to help me with my purchase of an engagement ring and design the perfect one. I liked how she was very patient with my inquiries and never made me feel rushed into purchasing anything. She definitely went above and beyond! Thank you Susana! I will definitely be coming back here with future purchases and will definitely recommend Barry’s Jewellers to anyone!!!!

Sabrina is a star!!My husband (boyfriend at that time) walked by Barry's in Mapleview (previous location) and first met Sabrina there in 2018. Our first impression of her and the place was memorable to say the least. Her friendliness and attentiveness made us feel incredibly comfortable - even though we were just browsing! We ended up chatting with her for a bit and left in high spirits.My partner reached out to her plan my engagement ring a year later, and the end result was completely perfect.We were so happy with the engagement ring that it was a no brainer to get our custom wedding bands at Barry's too.Doing that was a breeze as well, especially with how prompt Sabrina was! Even though the pandemic messed up a lot of things, this was not one of them.Thank you Sabrina for being you. Your help was absolutely wonderful and we cannot thank you enough! We're glad we met you and that you were a part of our journey.And as a side note, anytime I went to Barry's and Sabrina wasn't there, the rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful! What a team!

I went to Barry’s Jewellers back in February to upgrade my wedding rings. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Dee who worked with me for many many weeks trying to find the perfect ring set for me. She was lovely and patient with me, as I has something in mind. She didn’t try to push me into anything I wasn't looking for (and I had shopped around and experienced some pushy and impatient sales people). I kept going back to Dee as she seemed to really have an interest in making me happy-and she helped educate me. It’s wasn’t just about the sale. Finally.. we found the most beautiful set with her help and I can’t say enough how happy I am. The rings are beautiful and the price point was better then anywhere else and I really felt like the whole process was an amazing journey thanks to Dee…. I can’t thank her enough. She was amazing!Thank you :)

Dee was wonderful to work with from the beginning of my engagement ring purchase process. There was no sales pressure from her end and she maintained clear communication throughout. She understood my budget and helped me navigate through an ocean of options until we found a ring that my Fiancée loves.I would definitely recommend dealing with her if you are looking for a hassle free and honest jewellery purchasing process.

So sorry to see Barry’s closed now. My husband bought me a beautiful tennis bracelet with Evon’s help and expertise . It was truly a wonderful experience. I then bought a beautiful pair of estate earrings for my daughter with Evon’s compassionate help. I look forward to a new Spring opening and hopefully Evon is still there!

My wife went to Barry’s Jewellers to get her wedding rings resized and, while there, saw a diamond ring that she absolutely loved. She was looked after by Susana H. who privately set aside the ring in the event that my wife came back to purchase it. My wife later told me about the ring but said it was too expensive. With her birthday approaching, I emailed Barry’s asking for the name of the salesperson. I received an email from Susana and went to the store to see the ring. I purchased the ring since it is the only piece of jewelry that my wife has ever been excited about. Susana was most helpful and professional and my wife was so surprised to get the ring she loved. I am very impressed with Barry’s Jewellers showroom and their staff, especially Susana.

My now fiancé and I spent months looking for the perfect ring. Barry’s Jewellers was recommended by a friend. None of their competitors were remotely helpful, they tried to sell us rings thousands of dollars over our budget and couldn’t accurately answer our questions. We were blown away by the service we received from Dee. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions truthfully and helped us to find something even better than we had originally gone in for. Even after the engagement and receiving my ring, Dee continues to be helpful in checking in and ensuring she’s always around to answer any questions.I’ve recommend Barry’s Jewellers and Dee to so many people. They’ve gained lifetime customers!

Stopped into Barry's with my daughter and mother to check out their selection of bracelets for my daughter. We were met by an elegant lady with a warm smile named Dee. She took the time to show my daughter her options, worked within her budget, and my daughter left with TWO lovely bracelets! My daughter was ecstatic to find exactly what she was looking for and wished she had started her search at Barry's. Will definitely be back for all our future jewelry needs! I would strongly recommend Barry's Jewellers for all your jewellery needs. From the moment I stepped into the store I felt welcomed. Dee was the first associate of many to greet me at the Burlington location with utmost respect and most importantly a smile. I had been searching for an engagement ring for my girlfriend (at the time) and started my search with Barry's. Dee set the bar extremely high when she listened to exactly what I was searching for and had the exact ring, in stock and worked with my budget perfectly. Even when I told her I was interested in a couple other potential rings at other stores she was not pushy or aggressive. But instead put a temporary hold on the ring just incase in trusting that I would at the very least let her know my decision- This entire 15 minutes interaction sold me right away!When I searched at other jewellery store in the Hamilton-Burlington area, I found almost everyone to be extremely pushy and aggressive. When I would mention I was looking at rings at other jewellers I was hit with the classic we have someone coming to look at this later today" or "the price will go up when you walk out the door."Dee was the most caring associate I have ever dealt with and an absolute pleasure to work with and trust with the entire process. For something I thought would be complicated she made it seamless. Dee has secured a now lifetime customer as we will be getting our wedding bands and future jewellery needs from her @ Barry's."

My necklace broke. It had three tiny heart charms. I put them back on so I wouldn't lose them. They weren't facing the right direction. But it didn't matter because they were just going into a drawer until I could get it fixed. Fast forward about a year later. I decided to get it fixed. So I dropped off the chain at Barry's jewelers. And completely forgot to put the charms back on properly. When I went to pick up my necklace. They had taken the charms off and put them back on facing the correct direction, fix the necklace, and polished it until it shined. And only charged like $15. I really appreciate that they took the extra time to fix the charms. And that little extra step made all the difference. This is my second repair from Barry's jewelers. And this is now the only place I will go in the future.
