We are from out of the area so I relied upon a trusted realtor to help me choose a realtor in the Penticton area, for the sale of a home on behalf of a family estate. We have put Karrie and Paul Grewal through every challenge imaginable, and each and every time, I come away stunned by their knowledge, their resourcefulness, their willingness to help in ways that are so beyond the call, and equally their patience and good cheer with my endless requests. To say they're accommodating is a gross understatement. Do yourself a favor - list with Karrie and Paul Grewal. You will be so glad you did!

Worst experience of my entire renting career dealing with these clowns. 4 months after moving out of a unit I ended up randomly getting put onto there EFT list again (electric funds transfer). This means my account got charged 2100$ Monthly (old rent). This made it so as a single parent I couldn’t afford my actual legitimate rent. This has been an ongoing problem for almost a week now, remax themselves has done nothing helpful in the slightest with this situation and instead rely on me fixing there mistakes. If I could give any advice to those renting around the okanogan it’s to not go through this company, rent is higher with them, and A LOT more trouble then it’s worth

Diane Fox was outstanding, as usual. She has been our realtor for buying and selling two homes over the last two years.Very caring and intelligent. Is always responsive to any of our concerns and questions.

James Duri, went above and beyond the call of duty for us as our property manager. There was an issue with the tenants and James took care of the situation himself. Well first we started with Eileen who gave us a real good overview of the different cities in the South Okanogan. Then, to look in Penticton, we dealt with Karrie Grewal. Very pleasant and informative, she told us about all the 55 plus places in Penticton and their characteristics' - this was very helpful in our search.She narrowed it down so that we only got listings we were interested in. Karrie and her husband showed us a couple of places. Even though they were very busy they met our restrictive timelines. She helped us with an offer on one place which got too competitive. Then on the way home we got a listing we liked and so her and her husband did a 'facetime' tour of the location. She helped us put in a great offer that saved us money and we got the place.On possession day she met us there but the keys wouldn't work because someone locked the screen door so she called around and resolved the issue within an hour.Later we got a beautiful basket of wine and goodies. Thank you team, especially you Karrie.

I rented a unit for 1 year. I asked to leave early, the owner agreed as I moved in with my partner. Debbie was unprofessional and incompetent. The day of my move out inspection, after it was completed and after we had weekly discussions regarding the status of me being able to leave, she told me I had to pay a half month for 'admin fees' for leaving early. (She also accused me of smoking inside...the owners were appalled to hear such an accusation about me) The owner of my unit(who lives upstairs!) had to tell this company that I would NOT be paying $750 to move out 1 month early. She stated those fees are paid by every tenant who leaves early because the owners would be charged the admin fee for bringing in a new tenant. I gave 3 month's notice, I had to post my listing to Facebook and get potential tenants as I was also told I couldn't move out without penalty unless a new tenant was found. I was told for 2 months no 'good' candidates had put in an application to rent my unit. (In a rental crisis? Can't find a tenant??) 1 week before I moved out they suddenly found a tenant. I had to fight for my deposit back and it was not returned for 2 months, it was 'lost' in the mail. I had started a claim with the RTB. Do NOT rent from this company.

James Duri rented a place to me on Ellis street and I moved out when the lease was done. October to October! He was never available to do a walk out, my family even tried to connect with him to do this after I had gone and no response! He refused to send me receipts for (Damages) he says I had done. There were claw marks on the door from a previous tenants dog and a closet in the master bedroom that was broken previous to me moving in! Do not rent from him!! You will not receive any of your damage deposit back unless you take him to the landlord tenancy act! It’s been two months since I’ve moved out and I even tried to talk to someone else and they just said they were sorry and couldn’t help me…. He’s a total crook!
