Nails Forever

I have been getting acrylics here for a number of years. I find all of the staff to be kind and lovely. They do a wonderful job on my nails and never disappoint! When you walk in the door, you feel very comfortable and welcome. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Highly recommend, favourite nail place. Tram is the sweetest and does a great job on acrylics/nail designs. All staff are very friendly and it is clean and comfortable.

HORRIBLE salon. The worst experience ever. Nail tech tried to make me feel bad for choosing regular polish over gel. Will not return, will not recommend to friends or family. Word of advice to owner: treat all customers with politeness and respect.. regardless of the service they choose. Especially in this economy you cannot afford to lose customers.

Their website says they do nail repair. I asked for that and they said it wasn’t possible and shut down my idea of cutting it and putting an extension on. So they left me with a cracked nail after the removal of my acrylics. Once they were done and I paid, the polish they did on me was ruined after I grabbed something from my bag. They should have fixed my cracked nail and let my nails dry properly. This honestly is an absolute joke that I even paid for this. So rushed and no attention to what the client wants.EDIT: the nail service I got was half price because I have a disability and no nails on my left hand, so they did not discount it or give me a special price. All salons do this for me. Calling me 4 times while I’m driving is not an excuse to say that the customer is in the wrong. I do not want compensation nor a refund. I am giving my honest review.

I’ve been going to Nails Forever for over 5 yrs. Tran & Thai are very accommodating. Their work on my nails are quick & perfect. He has solved a problem with my toe nails which I had for years.My experience there is always relaxing & fun.

This should be the best nail salon in victoria!! The (owner?) Was so nice and so friendly! Best service ive ever had at a nail salon. The owner seemed to know everybody' by name and have lots of regular happy clients. They squeezed me in last minute, and did the most meticulous beautiful job! Thank you so much, love this place and highly reccomend.

Thao has been doing my nails all year and she always does a wonderful job! All the staff are lovely too!

they have a really friendly staff and they make sure you love your nails. they very experienced and they do it very fast. i asked for acrylics with extensions and with some gems on top and they finished the job in about 45 minutes! definitely recommend.

Best nail service I've ever received! Been going for about 6 months now, and they are super talented. I show them pictures for inspiration and they've been so kind to work with me to design a truly unique set of nails. Halloween glow in the dark nails last month were hugely popular, and this month it's glow in the dark northern lights! I love coming here and I'm always thrilled with the results. Excellent quality, amazing service, true artists.
