Wish to bring the attached photo to your attention: that is a person wrapped around in plastic floor covering sleeping on the ground. This is inside your TD bank on Sunday, January 15th at 5:40pm. I called the Non Emergency Police line 3 times with no anwser.I only use the machines at this TD bank. Inside the bank is terrible: not good customer service, rude, and it look's like a mess inside (garbage on the floor and dirt on the walls).

Honestly one of the worst branches I’ve been to. Unfortunately its my home branch. Tellers are all students and do not pay attention to detail. Got a call that my business credit card was ready I go in a week later and it took them 4 attempts to find it after 45 minutes. Crazy.

To all TD customers if you like to be disrespected or have personal information being broadcast this is the place for you. I had the worst experience with this TD branch. I wanted to make a simple transactions by depositing a cheque and make a withdrawal. While doing so the bank clerk said I would only be able to take out 50 dollars out of my $1,500 cheque. Which is crazy to hear because I've never heard of any TD bank withholding any kind of amount under $5,000. Once i told the clerk to summon their Manger. Some short guy named Kyle. Started to talk to me about my account information that I didn't even ask him about. Allowing other customers to hear my personal information and accountBalance amounts. The Manger and the clerk which the clerk looked way to young to even understand financial benefits or problems. They told me it will take 2 to 3 weeks for me to get the cash amount that I've requested. This is a cheque that I regularly depoit. So i went down to another TD branch that was 4 to 5 km away. They made the transaction within seconds. And provide me with the service I've asked for with no problem or inconveniences. The Manger here is an incompetent representation of TD Bank and needs to be addressed accordingly. As well as that clerk that didn't want to disclose her name. So we will call her the skinny girl with zero brain cells. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT BANK HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. IF I COULD I WOULD THIS PLACE NEGATIVE 5 ⭐

TD charged me $48 for NSF and then when I went to get a bank draft for this missed payment a teller - young Indian girl - expected me to pay an additional $9.95 and wouldn’t waive it. I went to the next closest branch and didn’t pay.

It's very unfortunate that I came to this branch. I was told by the teller that they would be able to remove a fee I incurred and they assured me it's done. I trusted the bank and checked after 1 week only to find out that the staff member didn't do anything.

I have worked for TD Bank branch and corp office and a shareholder. The last time I worked at a branch was 2012 but till work in the banking industry. My wife and I have a joint account, did all our wedding deposits through that TD account and then tried to deposit our cash and cheques with the manager Kyle. All cheques were made out with either name of ours on the cheque and they made it very difficult to deposit half of them. This manager needs to be fired as he chooses to not follow KYC or AML standards. I have opened an investigation with TD Shareholder relations as we did not deposit a small amount. His idea was to have people re-write cheques for us. He is 25 and too immature to be a manager for this branch.

AVOID THIS BRANCH LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! The female BRANCH MANAGER is racially and financially discriminatory. We had to deposit a lump sum of money from RBC via a certified bank draft and needed it done same day (or worse case, next business day) but she said it can’t be done and needs 5 days to clear. We asked her why and she said the verification team needs to review it. What’s the point of a CERTIFIED draft then?? It’s not a personal cheque - it’s certified for a reason and account holders pay for this certification. It’s also not rocket science - the verification team is going to do exactly what she could’ve done. Which is to contact the issuing bank (RBC) to verify the money is legit and then clear it. So instead of helping us and doing that, she continued to stand her ground and said no. This money was gifted from a family member to help with our down payment on a home. As if everything involving getting a mortgage nowadays isn’t difficult as is, she made it even more cumbersome. After going back and forth with her, we had to think quick and find a solution ourselves, as it was time-sensitive. She claims that she was trying to find other ways to help us, but all words and no action. We don’t know if it was whether we didn’t have seven figure numbers in our account or that we were not the same race as her to be getting this kind of treatment. We called HO and they said that it is the branch manager’s discretion to clear the cheque same day. When we confronted her, she admitted to that and said she didn’t feel “comfortable” with approving that transaction. So her initial argument was because of “protocol” and lots of fraud happening but when we called her out, she admitted it was her lack of comfort to make a managerial decision. She may be doing her due diligence, but use some common sense when rationalizing your decision. She said this was a “out of the norm” transaction so that’s why she felt uncomfortable to clear it. That’s so BS! So basically it’s LESS suspicious for someone who regularly deposits/transfers large amounts of money in and out of their account than for someone who is purchasing their first home to be considered a suspicious transaction. I’d gladly show my purchase agreement and mortgage approval for the sake of her “comfort”. It’s so unfortunate nowadays that we as customers/clients need to build years of relationships in order to get the level of customer service we rightfully deserve. I’ve been in a CS role for over a decade and I honestly don’t believe that customers are always right - but use your best judgment and facts in front of you to make the right call. Another branch was able to clear a cheque for me that was also a fairly large amount the day of, and when I told her that, she had the audacity to tell me to go back to that branch. If time was not the issue - believe me, we would not have stood there wasting precious time arguing with her but instead go to another location. We spoke with advisors at RBC and our mortgage broker (who actually used to work at TD) and everyone said she was just making things difficult for us and could’ve cleared a certified draft right away. I’ve been told I’m a valued client at TD and I’m sure when you look on your pretty little screens, there is some indication of the relationship each client has with TD. That is why the teller asked if I would like the cheque cleared right away before he asked for authorization from the branch manager. Trust me when I say, we will escalate this as far as possible.

Had a pathetic customer service experience at the Bristol branch today and the irony is the person who didn’t cared about me works at the branch as “Customer Experience Manager”..Lol!TD … kudos to you , you rightly identify that giving customer experience is important but you clearly forgot to Train your staff. Honestly the issue i had could have been dealt easily if this gentleman was trained to enhance customer experience.I think instead of customer experience manager please change the job title to Customer Experience HINDERANCE Manager.I would have closed my personal and business accounts and any Relation with TD immediately only iff I had not issued POST dated cheques from this account to a builder.

It is nice to see many tellers working and even though it is a busy location but still you are serve quickly. Staff is always friendly and they have ATM'S inside the branch and also there is a drive through ATM. There is plenty of parking.
