Please for the love of god either fix or turn off your digital sign out front. It has been displaying -1° as a temperature, as well as the incorrect time since 2020.

This place is almost never open and doesn't return phone calls. I understand that many businesses have reduced their hours due to Covid-19, but only opening three hours a day, four days a week is a guaranteed way to put yourself out of business. My husband left e message a week ago regarding a part for our dishwasher and they have yet to return his call. If we had ordered the part online, we would have had it already. We aren't waiting any longer and have ordered it on Amazon.

I am compelled to express my thanks for a very professional service. The technician precisely diagnosed the problem and provided a quick fix at a very fair price. An excellent service!

Our refrigerator had a water leakage inside. We asked about it and they imply that it could be a clogged drainage tube connecting to the freezer above. We followed their guidance, unscrewed the compartment to take it out to check, and found it was a tube that was clogged. It was a piece of an octopus leg~! Took it out to clean it, plugged the tube back in and screwed the compartment back on. Leakage fixed. THANK YOU~!!

Corresponding by phone with Deb is always a pleasure! Joe did an excellent job fixing our Electrolux fridge as well as our ice maker! They went above and beyond and got my fridge covered through my warranty at no charge to me! Other places tried to charge me and said it was not under warranty anymore! Joe fixed my fridge in my home while another company said they would have to take my fridge to their shop and did not have proper lift to do so, stay away from Bill's Appliances and call Windsor Appliance instead! They are an authorized Electrolux repair shop! I am so happy thanks again Windsor Appliance!

This company was assigned by LG to repair our refrigerator as they do LG warranty work. They were booked a week ahead by LG who informed us of when the appointment would be. The morning of the appointment (which was scheduled for 4 p.m. on a Friday afternoon,) the service tech.called and told us they would not be coming because they were “to busy. This individual had an accent that was so strong my wife informed ,e that she could barely understand him and she was not able to figure out what he was saying until she heard the word refrigerator. My wife told them that rescheduling this call was unacceptable because our 1 1/2 year old LG refrigerator was not working at all. When she asked when it would be rescheduled she was told “next week”.She then asked to speak to this individuals boss so she could work this out. This individual said he was the boss and the owner of the company. My wife told him that since this appointment was made by LG themselves and he was representing LG, she would be speaking to them about rebooking this appointment. This guy then asked my wife “ You are complying to LG about me ?”,she replied yes she was and he said to her “Then I am not coming to your house ever. If people complain, I will never come” and he hung up. They never called back and they never did show up. This is ridiculous. So if you have an issue with them, you are not allowed to inform anyone about it. They made no effort to resolve this situation in any way. I guess you are only allowed to report good things about them to LG. My wife was not abusive in any way. She told me that this guy was the rudest individual she has ever dealt with in any business. If you are dealing with this company, good luck to you.

Our range hood suddenly stopped working. It was difficult to find a company that would work on it and make the 20 minute drive from Windsor to Essex to service our unit. Windsor Appliance did and I am very happy with their service.On the initial visit to our house the tech methodically worked through one of a dozen possibilities for the problem with our range hood. Of course, the last one and most dreaded was the circuit board.Supply issues with getting new circuit board led to a delay.Our tech returned with our range hood, rebuilt and ready to install.He did a great job.Great to see someone with his skills and attention to detail.

Our Kenmore fridge light suddenly went out, our first reaction was to replace the bulbs inside the fridge. Bought new ones first from Amazon and then Canadian Tires, yet after replacing both new bulbs; the light still did not come on. We inquired what the problem may be. Joe informed us it was the switch. We got a replacement switch and followed his direction of the procedure in safely changing the part. After replacing the part ourselves and plugged everything back in, immediately the lights were back on!Joe is really experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Windsor Appliance always comes through for us even though our appliances are over 20 years old.

The sign out front of the store stays on 24/7 wasting energy. It has the wrong temperature and time on it since 2020. This is light pollution and very unprofessional. It’s easy to turn it off if you don’t have parts to fix it.
