Attendants are rude and machines are way over priced. Rather drive to winchester and use their machines just to avoid the attendants. One time I tried to go in and the lady blocked me at the door and wouldn't let me in because the floors were just washed and it wasn't even closing time yet.

Would give 5 stars, but the minimum you can put on your laundry card is $5, and I only wanted to add $2 to finish my drying. But the staff was very helpful and the place was clean and the machines were in good repair.

Always clean, when staff are present, they are helpful and polite. Like the long hours but wish they had more large and extra large machines as they are 9ften all being used.

Just called to ask about closing hours for dry cleaning. She said and I quote, “we close at 5 o’clock my time, NOT yours.” I said pardon me? She said, “When the clock on the wall here reads 5 o’clock, we’re closed - Not what your watch says. Uh boy....

Great hours, prices are a little steep, but that's what a lack of competition does. Staff are friendly and helpful and keep it quite clean. Do like the card system instead of change. Much easier to use.

Go there all of the time coming from Merrickville, usually the place opens up at 8:00 am or earlier but on 9/13/2017 three patrons waited over 1.5 hours and no one showed up to open up the laundry mat. (three phone calls put in to the owner by three different people with no answer).Not acceptable as it is the only local laundry mat available.Attendant should be disciplined.

Doing laundry is not fun but when you're doing it at Spin Cycle, you can get it done quickly. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a machine (it charged my card twice) and I didn't have to fight to get reimbursed. I just had to fill out a form/leave a note really and the next time I did laundry, my card has the reimbursement. You can get text when your wash is done or dryer is done on your phone. I do recommend Spin Cycle.

Great machines but way over priced...with exception of one staff member, the rest are rude! Now that they have the monopoly on the business in Kemptville, they have changed their hours that does not help the average woeking guy...closed at 330pm on a Friday at a laundromat???? Hoping competition comes soon to force this place out of business. Worst business in town! Used to be great when Nick was around....gone. Downhill ever since!
