Repair Squad

I asked for a reflective screen protector so no one can see from the sides and i paid 30$ for one that just lowers the brightness from the sides but we can still see with a blurred view.Great spot they got but not coming for a simple mistake like this.

For repairing laptops do not visit this store at all. They have no knowledge about that. They don't even know how to open the laptop, so they broke the sides of the laptop while opening it.Maybe they are professional in phone repair, but not for laptops.

Amazing experience!!! I went to fix my laptop and the service was great in less than 20 minutes! The owner is really kind as well. I will definitely be back to repair my other electronic devices. Thank you so much for the good service :)

I got my phone repaired at Repair Squad. It needed a battery replacement. I had a very good experience overall. My phone was fixed on time, and at a reasonable price.

I called asking how much it'd cost for them to replace the keyboard in my old gaming laptop. They told me $110. I asked them that much even though I have the replacement keyboard? And the guy said yes, because we have to open it (wow really? I didn't know that!) while stuttering, as though he knew himself that was a ridiculous price.For a 20-minute job (at most- depending on the model you can do it in 5 minutes) I can do myself at home... complete scam. Go there if you want to pay someone $330/hour to take screws off your laptop. Otherwise keep shopping around.Edit: look at this business' response to this review and ask yourself this: do I want to give my business to a place that not only takes THREE HOURS to replace a keyboard, but also responds to criticism with hostility, lack of professionalism and like an angry teenager? I'm thankful for this experience as I feel I've dodged a bulletAlso for reference, not all laptops require you to take out the motherboard (hence the 5 minutes), and if they did it wouldn't take you more than 20 minutes, 30 minutes at most (source: I grew up taking laptops apart). Really, look up how to replace a keyboard. But I guess this business is more obsessed with ripping unknowing people off...? Avoid. Not only does this business grossly inflate the amount of time it takes them to work, thus charging you more, but they also flat-out make stuff up- they claim you need to disassemble the battery like that's such a hard task when all you do is literally just unplug it and take it out.Lastly, look up laptop keyboard replacement" videos on YouTube. Amazing experience! Quicker than expected & excellent service.I normally don’t ever write reviews but they deserve it and more.My MacBook Pro had an electrical fire incident and as a broke student doing all my work online... I was screwed.Until I brought it to Repair squad. After speaking with someone over the phone I brought it in and they immediately quoted me a reasonable price and rather than taking a week like they promised it only took 2 days.

Great service. The person that owns the place is super helpful and nice.They could find me a cheaper option to repair my broken laptop since I didn't have enough money and I am a student. Since then, my laptop works perfectly.
