Absolutely beautiful area to go for a hike. Went here for a hike with family. This hike is apparently an off leash dog area. I am a dog owner, did not bring dog on our hike. I have no problems with dogs, however I do have a problem with irresponsible dog owners who let their dogs off leash and do not monitor their dogs. Had 3 bad situations during our trip where badly behaved dogs ruined our hike by running up and jumping over myself and children. I can handle dogs, but can be dangerous around young children. Beautiful hike but would not recommend to bring young children

Perfect place to explore the outdoors. Trails for all levels of hiking/biking. Bonus is that it's a dog off leash area so dogs are able to go wild and burn their energy!

Great spot for the kids to learn how to Mountain bike. The Green paths lead to a picnic area with a nice pump track in the middle so the kids can play on their bikes while you setup the picnic or after. I rode past some of the black diamond and Blue trails and they look just as well cared for.Will be back for sure!

So far, I’ve only tried the easy path. It’s a short, but winding route through a beautiful forest. There’s benches along the way and a picnic area to stop at. There’s lots of trail markers, so it’s easy to not get lost. A great place to get out of the sun and enjoy nature!

Chilliwack Community Forest
This area has beautiful areas to discover by walking or biking. It reminded me of Myra Canyon, (Kelowna B.C). Quite a few people were out and about at the forest, aswell as their dogs. There's different levels of hiking if your just looking for a easy walk through the forest or a hike to work up a sweat. Just be reminded the road up to the forest is a dirt road which has a few potholes. Safe hiking!

Well kept trails with good signage. You could not get lost.Lots of different trails that connect, which is great if you want to extend or shorten your trip.Highly recommend!
