Just moved in March 2022. I had no idea what would make my windows POP. Jenna & Jackie had all the answers and multiple options for me to choose from. Just got my window coverings installed. I am so HAPPY.. this is exactly the look I wanted. I love them - they are perfect. Plan to work J&J again real soon on the last couple of windows I could not decide on. Had an Ah-Mazing experience with Jenna & Jackie! They really know there stuff! I was wanting to replace my window treatments in my living room, kitchen and spare bedrooms. The Hunter Douglas Literise Duolite blinds they suggested are perfecto! They really listened to what I was wanting and offered some savings tips as well. Everything from initial purchase to installation went super smoothly. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing new blinds!

Jenna has always quickly addressed any issues I’ve had with my Hunter Douglas blinds that I’ve had in my home for about 10 years now. One extremely large daily use blind has been problematic in particular, having been repaired several times due to its size and weight. On this last go, Jenna negotiated with Hunter Douglas on her own accord to completely replace it with a brand new one as opposed to just repairing it once again. Now that is excellent customer service!
