My dentist used this lab for my maxillary night guard. It cracked (down the middle) just outside the (inadequate) 6 month warranty. My original night guard, from a different lab, is over 4 years old with no cracks whatsoever. My dentist called and they refused to budge on warranty. I called them directly and was stone-walled; they refuse to deal with the end user. I would recommend that anyone needing a night guard ensure that their dentist uses ANOTHER laboratory, one that stands behind their product and makes an insert that lasts more than 7 months.

Carrie the receptionist gives the worst customer service. I do not recommend this company. I would give 0 stars if that was an option, Horrible receptionist service.

The whole Protec team, especially Mike in orthodontics, is always readily available to answer questions and trouble shoot cases to obtain the best outcomes possible. We highly recommend Protec Dental lab and their new Medit scanner!
