Seriously the best store I've ever been. I love that it's small and intimate. I walked in a few months ago complaining of terrible headaches and feeling weak - the woman who helped me instantly suggested that I may need iron pills and showed me a natural BC made supplement. I've been taking it for 3 months now and feel better than ever.They also have some really cool products to try out (drink mixes like lions mane teas and mushroom coffees) and it always always smells soooooo good!

Best health store downtown! I recently visited Garden Health and Vitamins on Davie at Bute looking for some advice about feeling bloated from starting drinking whole fruit and vegetable and smoothies. The person that help me was very knowledgeable. I felt instantly comfortable. They recommended a probiotic to take with my smoothie to help break down the extra fibre I was getting. Just like that, the bloating and discomfort were gone within 24hrs. I am continuing to take the recommended probiotic and can enjoy my morning smoothies bloat free. Thank you Garden Health and Vitamins. You have a new regular customer.

I have shopped Garden Health a few times to obtain supplements and items which have been difficult to find. I find the prices to be a bit to high even still I try to support the shops in my community. My last visit to the store they made me feel like a second class citizen because I am unable to wear a mask. I was not allowed to browse the store and they made me wait outside in the rain while my order was processed. I will never shop there again. They behaved like the gestapo and the one star I gave them was just a return. I don't want to wear the yellow star provided by Nazis.

Well stocked shop that has all of the wellness products that you're looking for. Owned by an awesome local woman. Definitely worth checking out!

The staff at this store are very friendly and helpful. A few days ago I made a mistake on a purchase. I emailed the store and Deanna was so gracious and helpful - she sorted it all out for me and totally made my day!

I’ve never had to step foot in their store - I live much to far away, but imagine the in person service would be greater than the service I already receive with the online shopping. If I can’t find what I want online, I call in my order - the owners listen to my health needs and make recommendations for products I should try. I especially love the small product samples they send with my super quick shipment of products as well. They have gone above and beyond my expectations for customer service and have been pretty accommodating to my needs.

Worse customer service experience!I used to live in the lovely west end neighborhood for many years. As a commitment to the previous owner which was amazing normally went there to buy some stuff specially kind of honey which easily could be found in whole foods stores.The experience started when I went there and asking for 1kg of that honey and the owner said do you want me to order the 3kg as you drive from your place here? And again being positive I agreed and they were supposed to call me about the 3kg price and if I agree they’ll place the order.They called me on Friday and said it’s here already!!! I didn’t mention about what they were supposed to do and just asked about the price which was couple dollars less than 60$(1kg was 20$).Ok no problem and as my commitment and Sunday day off I took my daughter to Halloween party in Granville island and in my way back I drove there to pick the honey that I faced one of the staff and took 10 minutes to find the order!i went through the payment and it was 84$!! (Again that’s ok human error and happens all the time) but it took 10 more minutes to convince her by multiplying one of them into 3 should be less than 60$. Another staff joined her and said call the owner which they were both scared as if she is a queen or something.I asked them if they could be faster to call the owner as my 3 years old daughter was super frustrated after that play day and waiting for 20 minutes.When they called the owner instead of processing the payment they were learning how to work with the computer and keep ignoring us as if they were solving the equation of Albert Einstein!!!I got truly upset and left!!The interesting part comes when the owner called me and without any greeting(I’m not a person who wants to hear apology..) she justTold my name and said if I am still interested in the 3 kg!I know this attitude where comes from that I prefer not to mention here!! As we are all blessed living in this beautiful country together!! When I heard her attitude I wouldn’t expect more from her staff!!

We were looking all over the city for a special deodorant that appeared to simply disappear off the shelves everywhere ! The lovely lady that stocks the shelves at Shoppers Drug Mart just up the street suggested a visit here and Lo and Behold !! Hallelujah ! Bingo ! I had ordered one from Amazon and they are way over-charging for it (almost $20.00) and it’s still a week away. I’ll get around to doing an Amazon review but for now it’s all about the fine people at this shop. We had some fun joking around and they are very knowledgeable and helpful with an amazing variety of products. I support all business in doing the right thing in enforcing the rules. No mask no entry. Difficult things that need to be done to protect everyone (else).

This store is an amazing little gem in this neighborhood. They've got a great selection of vitamins and supplements, adequately priced. As well as incense, Himalayan salt lamps, tea, honey, candles. Really cool, during the recent snowstorm it was great to have this store in walking distance. The owner is also very knowledgeable and helpful.

I met the most interesting lady working there this evening. She was really helpful and steered me in a completely different direction to what I was thinking when I walked in, and to work with what might suit my body makeup better. She clearly enjoys what she does, and a pleasure to chat with. Thank you! Apparently they are all nutritionally trained who work there - such a bonus to speak with really knowledgeable people in a health store - I'll be back! They also have locally made kombucha which is much less sweet than what you'd typically find in a Whole Foods :)
