After recovering from the shock of discovering a long structural crack in our foundation wall, hidden behind old insulation and paneling, we first contacted an engineer, and then contacted several foundation companies. We gathered quotes, compared details and financial aspects, and ultimately went with Seal-Rite Foundation Repair.From the very first day we contacted Seal-Rite, we were treated with professionalism, care, and respect. During the site visit for evaluation prior to receiving our quote, we mentioned we were considering doing at least part of the job ourselves. Dave Rennie proceeded to give us a quick run-down on how we could do the job, rather than try to tell us we should use them instead.When we compared quotes between companies, Seal-Rite came in at the highest value for the money spent. We were so happy with the quote, we even had them do the entire job instead of attempting part of it ourselves. They offer attractive financing, a warranty that will last long past when we sell our house, and they were able to start the job the very next week. Most importantly, the professionalism and jovial responsiveness we experienced from Dave, Jordana, Houston, Dawson, and other members of Seal-Rite set them head and shoulders above our experiences with the competition.We wish we didn't need help from a foundation company, but since we did, I'm really glad we had Seal-Rite. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had brought in several firms to take a look at the work we wanted but the one person that really stood out for us was Dave Rennie. We took an instant trust to Dave. He spent the time reviewing what we needed and he definitely knew what he was talking about. Our scope of work changed a couple of times but Dave was always back to review it and provide updated quotes. In the end, we decided to move forward with Seal-Rite and we were very happy we did. The two key workers from Seal-Rite, Edward and Mike, worked tirelessly and did an excellent job. Dave was always coming by and reviewing their work which we appreciated. Seal-Rite did a major job for us last summer. The job involved piles, repairing a major horizontal crack, metal bracing in the basement, waterproofing, and insulating exterior walls to the basement. The job was very complex with work in tight spaces and including elevation gains, etc. We got to see all of the different crews over a two-month period. Without exception, they were all very hard working, competent, and amicable. The company is well run and a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend them without reservation.

I am extremely disappointed in seal rite foundation. I heard great things about them and called them for a quote. The gentlemen who came by my property for the quote was fantastic. However I found I had to chase seal rite foundation. When they said they would email or call me they did not. I was quite lenient as we had an unprecedented amount of snow in the winter followed by rain in the spring. In the end seal rite foundation finally emailed me and gave me the dates they would show up for the job and they never showed up. I called them and left messages and received no response. I never have been forgotten about by a company before. I understand they are overwhelmed and their voice-mail says they have received overwhelming calls and request that you email them. But they also do not get back to you through email either. They have let me down and I won't be using their service again. Not that they would know or care as no one seems to have noticed that they missed a job that they agreed to complete.

Noticed a major crack in our foundation and had a terrible flooding issue so we contacted Dave and the seal-rite team. Right away we were taken care of, I have nothing but great things to say about the productivity and professionalism we had dealing with seal-rite! Would highly recommend.

Seal Rite Foundations is a very unprofessional company don't get trapped by David (Dave). He will talk sweet first to get the job later he will be difficult. Also he will not honor his own warranty. So it will be just piece of paper for customer.Even Seal Rite says they are accredited with BBB , but BBB won't support you as as well. They get heavy paid by these unprofessional companies, so they will be biased. This to alert every Manitobans not to waste there money on this kind of companies.Thanks

Unfortunately had a poor experience with their customer service. I had an appointment for an estimate. The project manager was very professional and kind, and provided me with a lot of great information. However, I still have not heard back from Seal-Rite with a quote for service, after being told I would get it in a day or two. It has been 22 days since they came to my house for the appointment. Multiple emails and phone calls later, still nothing. I was hopeful with all of the great reviews to use Seal-Rite for the water coming into my house, as they seem to do great work. But I can't seem to get a response.

Initially everything seemed great - they came out right away to do the assessment and gave me a reasonable quote in a timely manner. Explained everything to me and helped me prioritize what to fix depending on budget. They booked me for June 2022 but never showed up, despite my multiple attempts to contact them and see if they were still planning on doing the job. I'm not sure if the scheduler forgot to put me in the calendar, or if higher paying jobs were bumping me back. By the time I gave up on Seal-Rite, it was too late to book with another company for the season. When my house inevitably floods again this spring, I will have this company to thank.
