I contacted Andrew for Bidet Sprayer installation. He was very professional and responsive. Even though we scheduled an appointment a week later, since he was already in the area he offered to swing by and get it done the same day. He is knowledgeable and I would recommend using his service.

Andrew from LUX Plumbing is professional, efficient, and reliable. He assisted us with a commercial building pipe replacement. He quoted and was able to commit to the date, work time frame and quote he offered, giving sound and good advice for future maintenance. His customer service and prompt reply back to our questions/inquiries were greatly appreciated. Andrew was amazing! He was very efficient, professional, and thorough with his work. Due to snowy weather conditions, it must be very challenging for him to travel around, but he communicated very well with me if he was running late. So, I really appreciated his punctuality. The problematic sink faucet took him quite of energy and time to get that fixed, but he made every effort to resolve the issue and now, we have a new sink faucet. I strongly recommend his business to everyone who is looking for a company with the best service and good customer service. Thank you so much for your help, Andrew!
