Tried the new Green Godess Veggie sandwich. It was generously stuffed with veggies, light, and tasty. Service was good at this location too and the establishment was clean. No complaints for this Subway chain.

They should have given the Oscar of smartness!!! I told the girl that I DO NOT want spicy stuff in my little daughter's sandwitch and she still put a hot sauce. Unbelievable. And they do not pick up the phone.

I swear with my life that this happened 5 minutes ago. Subway, an employee from India, has made my mood very bad. Btw the current time is 04/04-2023 9pm I ordered meat balls and originally they gave eight, but the employee accidentally dropped one while packing and didn't fill one. I said to her, 'Why didn't you fill one?' She smiled at me like a mentally disabled child and said 'Im sorry Im sorry'. In the end, she didn't fill and handed it directly to me

My favourite Subway location in all of Richmond. The staff members are friendly and take the time to listen to your wants and needs. They even get to know you by asking how your day is. Small conversations go a long way. Two thumbs up

Usually a very good place, but I was not satisfied with my order. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and they were still very cold in the middle. Not a pleasant experience eating it. Didn't want to bother asking for it to be heated properly, as I was already halfway finished eating. Next time I will stick to their delicious meatball subs (and falafel on flatbread!).

Excellent service. When the Subway App didn't work during their free cookie promotion, the girl gave me a cookie anyway because she recognized that it was a technical problem with the app. They were also quick to help so I didn't have to wait long to be served.

UPDATE: BUYER BEWARE - New sidekick sandwich is a HORRIBLE. Half the size of a Junior Chicken from MCD / Buddy Burger from AW. Even my measuring tape is bigger than that. Crispy chicken is soggy, worst than frozen packages you get from grocery store. Toasted bun is overdone and way too hard.Ingredients were fresh. Friendly customer service. Take out took longer than what was said in Uber.

Edit: Originally gave 1 star for the poor service, but the sub we got was pretty well made compared to some other Subways. Ingredients were fresh, so 4 star for the food to bring the rating back up.Same experience as another customer below. I made an online order and pick up time was 12:20pm. I went into the restaurant at 12:16pm and told them I was here for mobile pick up. They rudely responded that there are still 4 minutes to go. I was the only customer waiting at the express lane.

I wanted one side no tomato onion but when she cut it she didnt seperate the cut properly. There was also a dead fly on my lid i blew off so make sure to check they are clean before giving them to customers.Other than that she gave good recommendation and ask if i want extra. The tomatos look fresh. Ask for double toast, bread could be toasted longer.
