The service was quite unprofessional and we were dissatisfied with the work done on our wedding dress and bridesmaid’s dresses. All of our dresses appeared to be altered too small in error and when we asked for costs to be reduced because of our dissatisfaction/errors and because our dresses were not finished, they declined to compromise. Quotes on the dress were also inaccurate and the overall charges were greater than anticipated. Would not recommend. Poor customer service.

She was given a bassinet 2 months in advance to recover (which was a family heirloom) for my baby. She never completed it or responded to messages and phone calls.Both my mom and I called and messaged several times for over two months. I am considering my family heirloom stolen.
