I just started getting into tea and was a little nervous and unsure about what teas to get and how to order them. Maggie was very helpful and friendly through the whole process and at the end I got all the teas i wanted, gained a little more knowledge about them, and felt like I had made a new friend. The tea itself is great! Will be buying from here again, thanks!!

An enjoyable first experience at T.Kettle. Maggie has clearly gained a personal connection with the products and is really an excellent resource with extensive knowledge.
