Nature's Emporium

was grocery shopping with my family & was assisted by the nicest employee ever. Noah was in the middle of a task but stopped to ask if we were doing okay & answered some questions we had. it’s not everyday that you are lucky enough to be graced with such care & kindness. Thank you to Noah for being so genuine & sincere with your actions, truly a gem at this location.. deserves all the recognition!

Great store for healthy food, treats, and more. Prices are a bit steep, but there are so many quality items to choose from that it's definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

What a absolutely pleasant surprise this store is. No need to shop anywhere else. Nature's Emporium has everything I need. Everything on your list is here. Besides your regular everyday grocery shopping needs, this store not only carries the best quality fresh meats but you can also get help with any vitamins or special nutrition you may need. And they even have an aisle with special items for Mother's to be. I Love it here.

I just edited my 5 stars review of Natures to 1 and I would give them 0 if I could. It’s been years that I and my family were their costumers and visit this place weekly. We have purchased so many items even though they are overpriced but we thought the costumer service is good and if there is an issue with their products they will handle it with no questions. So it took only couple of cupcakes to show their true layers and awful costumer service plus loosing royal costumers. We purchased a pack of gluten free cupcakes and they tasted weird and felt they went bad. We had our friends over and they said the same thing. When I took them to the store for return the “ store manager “ as she claimed didn’t accept it and said bc I didn’t have the receipt she won’t take it. It is funny that I was buying so many items at the same time and she could see that but decided to talk about their idiotic policy to not accept it instead of investigating the product…then same thing happened when my husband tried to return it again. We decided to never go back to this store and would definitely tell everyone about their insulting behaviour… So good luck with your untrained and unprofessional staff/ “managers “Nature’s emporium….

Love a their organic selections. There's so much variety to choose from, plus the store is immaculate. I will definitely shop from here again. Pls they have all sorts of lotions for face and body for sensitive skin. Great customer service. They also have a good selection which you can order and sit and enjoy your food. They have a juice place right in front, where you can purchase all kinds of different organic juices and you can also add protein in your juice as well. Thank you.

This place is great to find organic products. It also offers a great variety of natural products for the body, for example: cosmetics, proteins, vitamins, lotions, creams, etc. They also have a good variety of aromatherapy products and energy healing products. Testers are available.They also have homeopaths and nutritionists that can help you find what you need.They also have a great selection of cheese and products that you can also find in other supermarkets.

Well stocked, healthy vitamins,oils, skin products. Groceries and ready to go meals.lots and lots of selection; but very pricey. They do have a Wednesday percentage off.

Shop here on a weekly basis and have been for awhile now. Has a large selection of high quality organics, natural products and mostly friendly/helpful staff. A little on the pricer side, but I can live with that if everything else is good.But you need to really watch when your items are being scanned at the check out. Many times I’ve been more focused on bagging my groceries, then when I get home notice I was charged the wrong price for an item or for a different item altogether. I make sure to pay more attention now.Items listed at sale prices are not always updated at the check out, this has happened to me a few times recently. Normally it wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but when you’ve got somewhere to be and it takes 15 minutes to sort out and ends up making you rush/late, that can be very irritating. On top of that well at the customer service desk trying to resolve the issue, some blue haired lady that works in the health and beauty section is being unnecessarily rude to you just for mentioning to her where you found this wrongly priced item. Was just trying to be helpful. Sometimes people have bad days, I get that, but this isn’t the first time I’ve received unprovoked rudeness from this same employee. Not really the service you’d expect from an expensive “higher tier” grocer.

First off I want to say that I love Natures! My pocket doesn’t many times lol but I do still find myself returning often to Natures Emporium. I will say though that this is definitely not my favourite location. I know they constantly talk about how this location has “more” than the others, but I don’t know if that’s always a good thing. As I find it disorganized and congested many times. I also find it’s run down and not the cleanest. And employees and friendliness and helpfulness is a bit of a hit and miss. I am also always finding so many things that shouldn’t be on the shelves, like a good amount of moldy or just bad produce. We also have been over charged a handful of times for example olives that were $6 for $60 and when we noticed barely an apology just a direction to go to customer service to get refunded. Not to say I still don’t come shop here, I do, but I do also think it’s because it’s the only store in the area where you can get a lot of products and food they sell if there was some some competition which there will be soon I may not shop as often to this location.

They always have what I need ie I don't know anywhere else to get natural eyeliner and hairspray...not everything is $$$...sometimes the produce is cheaper than discount grocery, and their pizza is reasonably priced and fantastic! My friend got me the gluten free lactose free chocolate cake for my bday and I thought wow, it will probably taste like sawdust lol...it was the BEST choc cake EVER! Their sandwiches are fab but I wait for sales...hence the 4 stars...some stuff is a bit silly in price imo ie a few bits of fruit in water and now it's supercharged detox water for 3.49.
