I will never do banking with this branch again, the only reason for one star is Paul Becker he was very rude to my wife, the other staff were professional and courteous. Paul insulted my wife without provocation.

I have been visiting Scotia Bank Dorval Crossing several time since couple of month for many reasons. People at this branch are amazing, they are professional, and always eager to help. Hozana is very helpful always and friendly, Special thanks to her and other staff for providing excellent service to your clients. Keep up the good work!!

I have been visiting Scotia Bank Dorval Crossing several time since last month for many reasons. Tellers at this branch are amazing, they are very patient, professional, and always eager to help. I am very happy experiencing exceptional customer service every time during my visit. I notice that they keep monitoring the floor to avoid long line ups, and open up more teller counter. Special thanks to Asfia, Aneesa, Hozana and Maria (forgot the name of one more kind girl) for providing excellent service to your clients. Keep up the good work!!

I don't review banks, however we have dealt with David Cooper in the past who was BEYOND amazing for our mortgage needs. I haven't been to this branch in a while and we had a very specific transaction that we had to make. We were assisted by Matt (sorry I didn't get the last name). Never, have we EVER received such a good service before at a bank. He patiently answered all our questions, gave us options, and gave us very specific instructions on how to successfully perform what we were trying to do. People like Matt are those who must be in charge of training for customer service, you cannot ask for more. I have never had issues when coming to this specific branch at Dorval Crossing, I am unsure why people leave such negative reviews, but I guess it is normal for banks to receive those kinds of complaints all around. I strongly suggest that if you are looking for trustworthy service to give this branch a shot, they always hire the best representatives.

The level of service and patience I received at this branch was amazing. Hozana was always quick, kind and helpful. Will definitely return here.

I have been Scotiabank client for 10 plus years and I have never encountered such unprofessional and rude behaviour from their employees as I experienced today from Paul Becker who is an advisor. I am not sure if he just having a bad day or if that’s just his character. However he made me feel like a second grade human being by declaring that he does not trust me and will not accommodate my request despite having being verified by their system.He ended the interaction by raising his voice at me in front of everyone and saying we are done with you. He left me feeling abused and in shock, I will never go back to this branch.

The branch manager is rude, unhelpful. And the tellers at the branch are not trained. They deposited a cheque into the wrong account only to realize it 20 days later and failed to even apologize for the mistake.

We got good experience ,Staff always demonstrated exceptional services whenever we visited the bank though they keep changing the staff which a kind of new efforts require to stream line the things .

This scotiabank and every other location never has working ATM machi nes. Well its the last time ill ever have this problem be because im changing banks. Terrible terrible terrible terrible experience repeatedly. You lost a BIG customer. Money.

Very bad experience this afternoon when I went there to make a draft. Lady name Aafia was treating me like I am a criminal and left the branch without making draft. I went to Third line branch and has my draft in less than 5 minutes. This lady needs to be fired giving the bad reputation to the branch.
