Im writting this to add a response to your jibberish from Shelby's review. I cant reply to that, so I'll throw you another 1 star.So, most places you go offer free diagnostics or will at least tell you if theyll charge you for it. You thieves charged me $200 to tell me what I needed. You did nothing more than took the necessary steps to diagnose my problem. My car came out EXACTLY like it went in. I've never in my life paid for a service to receive nothing" until i went here.As far as being in business for 70 years

The dishonesty in your Reply shows, as my call was to reschedule an appt due to illness... A loaner car was not refused, it wasn't even offered to me, as it would be totally irrelevant to this subject. So you turn my 1 star rating back on me by stating I refused your offer? I expect honesty from my Auto Repair shop. Can you be anymore dishonest?

In April I stopped because a tire had a nail in it and I was traveling out of town the next day. The person at the counter was not very helpful, barely wanted to talk to me, I asked about appointment for next morning. All I got was we are too busy to help you. I have used this business before, I'm really sorry I will have to go elsewhere now.

As long as they're in business me and my husband will always go here. They're quick and they always call you to get the okay to move forward with service. Reasonably-priced and I appreciate them taking the time to just put air in my tires. You're all awesome!!

These guys are awesome!I called on Monday to get a quote and check on when they could do the work.I was told any day this week after monday. Now i had a unique request and they accomodated me. That alone meant a lot to me, but it gets better. First thing tuesday morning they got started on my list of repairs and by the afternoon the car was finished and ready for pickup. The few times i have taken a vehicle in over the last 30 plus years to other shops i have never recieved service this good.Years ago i came in here for tires and alignments but im realizing they are so much more. Hopefully i dont need any other repairs for a long time to come but if i do they will be my first call.Great job Allen, thank you. Please be sure to express my gratitude to logan as well. Its very much appreciated.

Great service, honest, reliable. Could have scammed my lady and actually gave her a rebate! Some shops would have grifted her inexperience.

Today I had Matthew's Tire work on our vehicle for the first time. Both Alyssa and Dave were great to work with. Very professional and excellent communication. And it even cost LESS than they told me it might!!! I appreciated the loaner for the day, too! Sure, you could go to Walmart and get cheaper tires, but you won't get this level of service.

My a.c. isn't working so Adam and i made a appoinment to figure out what the issue is. They wanted 1500 to replace a 150 part. Sorry that's a little too much for me. Then when I go to pick up my car that they never worked on, probably looked at it for 15 minutes. He even said it's leaving as it came in.... $200. $165 for labor for them to open my hood and try to put ac fluid in it. Absolutely ridiculous, I wish they would've told us this at anytime otherwise we would've never made a app. Now I have to wait to get my a.c. fixed bc they stole the money that I needed for the part.Never going here again it's a scam. Find a small local mechanic instead.

The service guy by the name of Scott was ruled and was very unprofessional. Me and my sister who are of African American descent stood there waiting for over 15 minutes he looked at as multiple times. when an older white gentleman came in he asked how could he help him? We spoke up and said we were here first. So he asked my name he retrieved the envelope with my key and paperwork and dropped my key on the counter not handing it to me. I was told at the time of pick about a fee to have my car looked at which wasn't explained to me at the time of drop off. The manager came out and I explained to him that it wasn't explained to me of a cost. I would recommend this place to anyone and the sad part about it is a coworker referred them to me boy was he mistaken.
