VERY nice neighborhood environment, plus conveniently located, so easy to get access to almost everything ... parks, schools, supermarkets, mall, restaurants, library, public transits ... all within walking distance!

Fabulous location; 1 minute walk to the nearest bus-stop and park, 5 minutes walk to the nearest mall, 8 minutes walk to skystrain station, 10 minutes walk to Coquitlam Central Mall, 15 minutes walk to Winners and Superstore,18 minutes walk to West Coast Express Coquitlam Central Station.Go google the location and you will know what i mean.Spoilt for choice amenities -Club House with Gym facilities, a mid size pool, hot tub, indoor baskeball court, table tennis, free wifi, bbq, free coffee and cheese night and free zumba night, free sports' channels, they even have a place to rent in the club house for short staycation.Carpark & Storage room.

This condo looks really nice but since it is structured by wood frame, how is the sound traveling wise? Do you hear upstairs and downstairs noises...? Please someone let me know! Thanks
