I met Audrey twelve years ago when we were looking for our first home. She was the agent at an open house (but not our agent) and she was warm, friendly and the house she was selling looked amazing. We bid on that house but did not get it because there were multiple offers and it went for way over asking.Fast forward to 11 years later when we decided we had outgrown our home. I called Audrey and she came over and was so positive about our home and its potential that I knew I wanted to work with her over the other agents I have met. Well, Audrey and I spent lots of time together because we looked at more than 60 homes in the course of trying to find the perfect home for my family. She was always available, patient and provided the BEST intelligence on the homes we saw, which had the effect of turning my husband and I into discerning buyers with a very clear sense of what would work best for us. We put in several offers, but there was never any pressure from Audrey and she was totally understanding when we did not counter on one home we liked.Well, we found our dream home, and Audrey was proactive enough that we were able to snap it up. We did the deal, and Audrey was with us every step of the way, totally available and encouraging without ever being pushy. We then had to list our house, and this was where the Audrey magic really began...Audrey directed the sprucing up of our house to get it ready to sell. We did everything she asked; and she and her crew helped me every step of the way; from finding trades to do work, to movers who would help us put our stuff into storage, to finding a lawyer to do our deal. Audrey and her team staged our home and we were dumbfounded when we walked in afterwards. It was like an entirely new home that was spectacular. The transformation was totally unbelievable--all my friends and family were speechless when they saw the finished product. As a result, the house went on the market on a Thursday afternoon, and was sold by Monday noon, over asking, with multiple offers.Audrey has continued to be super supportive and incredibly helpful as we get ready to do some work on our new home...she assisted me with finding trades and coming up with some stellar design ideas which will make my new home equally fabulous. I cannot say enough good things about Audrey and her crew, and my nickname for her is now Awe-drey because i am in awe of her energy and talent.If you want an agent who will not pressure you and who truly wants you to find a home that you will love, choose Audrey. If you need to sell your home quickly, for top dollars, choose Audrey. If you want a stress free selling experience, choose Audrey. I have zero qualms about recommending her to anyone.

Audrey is an incredible, experienced and talented real estate agent who guided me through the recent sale of my house. Brent and Audrey are the best agents in the city. We recently sold our house and they consistently went above throughout the entire process. Audrey coordinated a full gut reno of our basement (in 3 weeks!) and beautifully staged our home to make sure it was looking its best. Our house was on the market for only six days before it sold for more than we ever thought possible. These guys are an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

I regret taking so long to write this review. Tony and Jennifer saved us! We bought our home in Pickering with their help, just before the pandemic struck in full force and they really helped us dodge a bullet. Just before the first lockdown, we were able to sell right away. Tony's advice in how to price our home really saved the day. And once we decided we had to hurry, Jennifer staged our place to sell with a virtual tour, practically the next day. Tony gave up time with his kids at a hockey game to be present--in person--to negotiate the purchase of our new home. We were able to purchase below asking and everything was always well prepared and explained with great insights and knowledge.I couldn't recommend Tony more. He really made what could have been a very difficult situation very smooth, seamless and we are so thankful to have taken him on as our realtor!
