Call It Spring
I’ve always felt that whenever I go into a Call it Spring store that I’m helped right away if the associates aren’t busy with others in the store. If they are, they typically will greet me after and apologize for the delay. I’ve been able to get many pairs of shoes at all stores, but Bayshore stands out as some of the associates have gone above and beyond for me. I’ve got great recommendations, advice, and help with their selection and what was best for what occasion. If I see a Call it Spring I usually have to fight my instincts to go right in and buy more shoes. Some of them are uncomfortable for work, but for mild walking and for going out, they are my go to shoes.

I purchased a pair of shoes on aug 5 and the size was not available so the store rep placed a online order and I was informed on aug 13 that my order was delivered by tracking it online and I visited the store 3 times and they were saying we did not get your order the representative. she was very rude and unhelpful at all and didn’t help me saying it’s not my me how placed or receive the order. I had to call Custmer service they did online and said they will refund me after 10 days.

I Bought 3 pairs of shoes today from Travis at the Bayshore location. He was very nice and professional, helped me with everything I needed.Unfortunately when I first arrived there was two girls on cash, they looked miserable and didn’t acknowledge us at all. We stood by the cash for about 5 mins holding a bunch of shoes and Still being ignored. We didn’t even receive a sorry just a moment or hi someone will be right with you. The sale was too good to leave, but normally I would have just left at that kind of service. However, after waiting Travis came out of the back room and immediately greeted us and helped with our every need. Very great customer service from him, someone like that should be promoted!!

I arrived here at 11:00 am this Saturday morning to pick up two pairs of shoes that I had purchased online and shipped to the store. When we arrived, the store was closed and no one answered the phone. We waited 15 minutes before asking guest services if they knew why the store was closed. They had not been informed but said they would call the manager for us. We waited an additional 15 minutes for a staff member to arrive but no one did. I am very disappointed that I’ve wasted my time for a store that doesn’t bother opening for their customers. My shoes remain in a store that is not open with a phone that does not have an answering machine.

The store has a good variety of items and prices. The wait times can be a bit much though. I felt bad for the staff at the time they were receiving really weird clients that wanted to buy stuff but didn't seem to have the money to pay for the purchases. Overall the place is pretty nice. The staff was nice but overwhelmed with weird situations

Ridiculous service. Were amongst loyal customers earlier but this time the entire experience was awful. The rep was rude and had no knowledge about my order which had arrived. Instead for looking for it she said that it was just shipped and had not arrived on which I showed the arrival email. She then went inside, got the order, and just handed over. No gesture no smile and when asked for a bag, she denied. NEVER going back. Rating: less than 0 if possible.

Do not order online! Worst system every, you pay extra money for expedited shipping…4days after your order being placed it is still processing…even if you paid for 1-4day shipping.Never again!

Would not give me a printed receipt, told me I had to either give my email address and have it sent to me or not get a receipt. Absolutely terrible policy. I should never be forced to give my email address to buy shoes. I have purchased many pairs of men's dress shoes from Call It Spring over the last few years and I will never shop there again as long as that policy is in effect.

I was just at this store:Call It Spring100 Bayshore Dr.CC9Nepean, OntarioK2B 8C1Date & Time:Saturday, November 23, 2019 @ ~2:40 PMI purchased two bags from this Asian Girl and she asked for my e-mail and I did not feel comfortable providing one. She said we need it for the receipt and I asked why don’t you provide me a paper receipt and she told me they don’t provide one and the sale will be final without the e-mail.What she is doing is illegal!People and Call It Spring Head Office please beware of this employee’s misconduct.Note: I already contacted Call It Spring.Thank You.UPDATE: I sent an e-mail but no response!
