After submitting a request online via company website- I received a follow up phone call from Serge within 1 hour. He understood our situation with Kenmore washing machine and had quote prepared already. We were waiting for other quotes, however his came in well within our budget and was more professional than 2 other companies we reached out to in regards to response time. Within 1 day we were able to schedule Alexander to come in on Saturday afternoon and was fixed quickly. Very friendly staff and 100% highly recommend! Thank you :-)

I contacted them this morning for a quote on repairing my dryer. I reached Serge the owner who was very thorough in asking for make & model before letting me know he would call me back with a quote. He called back within a few minutes with an amount for parts & labour. I felt bad as I went back and forth with him on the phone as I thought I might still had warranty on the dryer then found out I didn’t. Serge was very nice and still was able to find time to come to my home on the same day to do the repair. He and his son in law came with the correct parts and fixed the dryer in less than an hour. Serge went over the part that had been broken then helped us clean out the lint and fur in the machine. He then explained we had warranty for the next couple of months and that if we had any issues to call him. They were very friendly and professional and we would definitely call them again for any other appliance repair.

My oven fan was making a horrible noise so I started looking around for a local service with a good reputation, found Tri City Appliances liked the reviews I read and decided to give them a shot.Sergei showed up at my door on time with a great array of specialized tools. He was respectful, friendly, efficient and fast.He found the problem within the first 20 mins and was in and out within about an hour. I could tell he takes pride in his work and cares about his repeat business. He charged me a very fair price and left me a really nice pen personalized with his company name and number and a couple of business cards for any friends I might recommend him to. And I will.

Had a great experience as I had called them in the morning and Alex was able to come out the same day after I got home from work. He had the dishwasher up and running with a good explanation of what had caused the problem.Turns out the original quote they had given me over the phone ended being about a hundred dollars less once they did the work itself, as they didn't take advantage of that quote but rather charged me the fair value of what the work actually ended up costing. I wouldn't have known the difference, but it was great that they were honest about it with me and saved me some money. Would definitely hire them again!

This is the second time I've worked with Tri City Appliances. This time I worked with Alex and he helped us diagnose a fridge that was not cooling.I thought the refrigerant had leaked and was anticipating a pricey repair. The actual problem was an air circulation fan that had frozen over. Simple fix.This is my second experience with them. I feel great about working with them. They are honest. They are competent. They are responsive. They have great pricing.They are a beacon of light in the repair industry. You won't find anyone better than them.

Serge responded to my message within an hour, even though it was the end of the day. His prompt response had my washing machine up and running in less than 24 hours! Him and Alex were pleasant, courteous, and reliable. Prices are are reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our clothes dryer has no heat after 7 years service. Serge responsed my message very quickly and arranged parts replacement 2 days after with reasonable price. Alex was skillful and professional with his job. Well done and my wife was happy!
