Very friendly staff. Dr Ahn examined my cat and answered all my questions. The site is wheelchair and walker accessible. They have an online vet store where prescription foods can be purchased for delivery to your home.

The pricing may be higher than other vets in town but the care given to both my pets has been phenomenal. I'll bring all of my pets here as I know they'll get thoughtful and loving health advice.

A very nice animal hospital. The staff is friendly and professional. You can feel their passion and love for their job. I highly recommend this place.

Took my old dog Shia LaWoof here and my present rescue Tiffany here for all her checkups and vaccinations as she’s a rat terrier mix from Iran and nothing but the best service they even put their patients names on the exam room doors dr ciggaar was amazing even referred us to a trainer she knew that might be better priced. All tests in Heart worm and fecal flotation was about $200 less than what I was expecting would definitely recommend the blue cross team - Joe, John, and Tiffany big thanks

I take my dog here. They are always there for me and my pup! They do everything they can to educate and provide the right information! They also love her a lot.My dog is always nervous and usually doesn't take treats from the vet but she took treats from doctor Kelly with her medicine! That's a big deal!The prices are also reasonable and they work in conjunction with the Hamilton emergency vet so whenever something comes up we have help.

They saved my dog’s life. I had seen two other vets in Oakville and was told my dog was just getting old but Blue across listened to me and tested him. They found that he had a treatable condition. They got him on a treatment plan and he is doing so much better. I am very thankful to all the vets we’ve seen and the staff.

They are very pushy, and not genuine about products. They fit my dog with the wrong sized cone, pushed us into purchasing a body jacket post surgery and ensured us he could us the bathroom in it, which he cannot.

Grateful for the staff at Blue Cross Animal Hospital! We had an unfortunate situation over the Christmas holidays where we needed to find a new veterinarian for both of our dogs. I was quite stressed in finding a new clinic as both of our dogs have chronic health conditions that require ongoing monitoring. I decided to google search the closest veterinary clinic with great reviews. Luckily, Blue Cross Animal Hospital came up on my search and when I called, I had the pleasure of speaking to Natalie. Natalie is incredibly compassionate, accommodating, helpful, and friendly, and she was the reason we decided to inquire if their clinic was accepting new patients. We continued to be impressed with the clinic with my first in-person interaction when I stopped in to pick up food for both dogs. I brought our younger pup, Gigi, in to meet everyone and I was surprised with how Gigi warmed up to Dr. Luke so quickly. She is a rescue pup and is usually a bit more withdrawn and apprehensive with men, however, she not only seemed excited to enter the clinic, but she also warmed up to Dr. Luke instantly and seemed to enjoy all of the attention, treats, and friendly welcomes. Gigi would become anxious when we would have to take her to our previous veterinary clinic, so when she returned for her initial appointment at Blue Cross, it was heartwarming to see her excitedly enter the clinic again and to see how excited she was to see all of the staff and receive another warm welcome which included lots of attention, pets, and treats. Both dogs were assessed by Dr. Patty who not only is very knowledgeable and thorough, she also allowed ample time to address our concerns and answer our questions. Dr.Patty notably offered various treatment options, which I found was helpful for us to navigate a treatment plan for both pups.She also took the time to build a rapport with both of our dogs which evidently made them comfortable and both pups seemed to enjoy their initial visit at the clinic. Wehighly recommend Blue Cross Animal Hospital! :)

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kate and the Blue Cross staff. Whether it’s a routine checkup or a surgery, I know my dogs are in good hands. The staff are genuinely excited to see the dogs. They send pictures and updates and they always call or text to check in the day after an appointment.Dr. Kate is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer all my questions. Our conversations never feel rushed and she is never pushy.
