Dr. Carroll and her team are experts at skincare and I trust them 100%. I am in my 50s and when people find that out they are shocked (they think I am much younger) - and I credit Dr. Carroll with that. She and Ciara keep my skin healthy and well-cared for, which in turn keeps me feeling good about my appearance and myself. I wouldn’t go see anyone else in the world - we have the best here in Toronto!

Easily the best and most comfortable experience I’ve had in the medical industry!Right from stepping into the clinic, I was greeted by a warm front desk staff who made me feel welcome, and helped sign me in. Within minutes of my appointment I was shown to a room by a bubbly and friendly receptionist, and only waited a few minutes for a doctor.Dr Cook was fantastic! She was kind and friendly, and was able to immediately diagnose a skin problem that I have been having for as long as I can remember, and even identified it as two separate conditions on my skin and chest. She prescribed two creams, and to my surprise, by the time I had reached reception, they had already sent it to my pharmacy! This is a wonderfully organized and professional clinic, led and run by a wonderful staff.

I have been thrilled with my experiences at Compass Dermatology. The office is very clean and very organized. The front office staff are polite, helpful, and simply lovely to deal with. They are very professional and provide great education and information for any questions you may have. The medical team and specifically the doctor I see, Dr. Carroll, are exceptional. They are extremely professional and have assisted me with many circumstances over the many years I have been a patient. I never feel rushed, or pressured and they always listen to me regarding my concerns and preferences. Dr. Carroll is an extremely skilled clinician and is constantly upgrading her skills attending conferences and learning about new technology. I love that the office is always at the forefront of new practices and procedures. I can not recommend this clinic enough!

I’ve struggled with the appearance of my skin for years. I’ve had scars on my nose since I was 18 so I decided to try micro needling at Compass Dermatology and I can honestly say that the scars on my nose are way less noticeable! I just can’t believe it! I am so happy. I started crying this morning because I’ve always had to try to cover them up. I’ve tried so many creams and peels in the past but THIS is the one that has changed my life. ❤️ I plan to do more sessions because I am blown away by the amazing results!! The staff are so sweet, knowledgeable and friendly! I love it there!

I have been coming to Compass Dermatology for well over 10 years. The quality, care, and professional services are exceptional! The entire team, from the administrative staff, to the nurses, and to Dr. Carroll and Dr. Cook are professional, positive, and very patient oriented in all aspects of my visits. How to “push” a new customer away?This is how I’d describe my first experience with Compass Dermatology. In brief:• The potential client/ patient is asking someone to call back. Why don’t you call? Texting (with no name signature) looks like commercial tricks and has nothing to do with a personal approach that many of us would expect from the commercial medical facility like yours.• The front personal is expected to assist with client's questions and not to get rid of them. “No” cannot be the right answer where the other options exist.• The ironic mimic of your front ladies do not assist in resolving the issue at all. Clients can be unhappy or even angry; however, the front personal is a “face” of your clinic and should have a right approach in fixing this issue. From angry to happy? It may be only one step to make.Would I recommend Compass Dermatology? Unfortunately, not.

I was referred to Dr. Carrol and am very grateful to her and her team. They made the whole process seamless, even allowing for communication through text message for scheduling which I greatly appreciated. The office is beautiful and the team is very welcoming. Dr. Carrol is very kind and a true professional.

Dr Caroll and the staff at Compass Dermatology are top notch professionals at their craft! My partner (Pam) and i have had several experiences with the team over the past few years.
