Again the transition to potty training goes so smoothly and early with cloth diapers! Just another reason we love them ❤️ now just to find pants that fit a smaller bum !!!We have used Bear Bottoms for 5 years, 3 children, and will soon use use for our fourth child.We are thrilled by the cleanliness of the diapers and not having the mess and laundry of cloth diapers. Our first child had a very bad bum rash right after birth and our doctor recommended not switching to cloth until we had it cleared up, but it turned out she was allergic to the disposable diapers.Thanks Bear Bottoms for making cloth diapers an easy choice for us.We would recommend the MotherEase diaper covers, no leaks!

Really great service for saving the environment. We have been using this service for almost a year now, and they have been wonderful. We've experienced almost 0 blow outs" and very little leaks. These diapers are easy to use and the delivery driver comes right on time every week. We have always been able to communicate easily using email or notes to the driver. Any issues we had were handled quickly via email

We have used Bear Bottoms for over 1.5 years for our little one and are very happy with our experience - if we ever have another baby we will definitely be back! Being able to divert diapers from landfill was very important to us and not having to spray/wash/line dry diapers was a life saver!It’s a large complex project to manage inventory-wise (as you are relying on customers to return diapers each week) but any time that we didn’t receive our unlimited diapers or wipes, we got a credit that week with no quibbles. Also we would switch to disposables when we were travelling and could put the service on hold for several weeks whilst we were away which was really handy!For anyone who is reading reviews re: leaks please know that you can ask for extra liners (included in the your diaper service!) to help with extra absorption - once our little one got a bit bigger, those were extremely helpful and were not extra cost!

We have now used this service for our two children, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who was even slightly considering using cloth diapers. Everything from ease of use to all communications, Bear Bottoms has always exceeded my expectations!

Product is great, support is easy to get in touch with and very friendly, drivers are nice and timely too! We started using cloth at 8 months as baby was soiling through onesies regularly. We have no messes with cloth! Our regular garbage pickup is non-existent compared to disposables so we feel really good about not creating the waste. You need to use an organic diaper cream which is usually enough, but when your baby is teething/rashy just put them in a disposable once and it clears up right away with the heavy duty cream. Spend the money on Mother Ease or similar diaper covers - we tried a few from Amazon before we learned our lesson. Using a diaper service is totally worth the money if you’re able and Bear Bottoms is top notch!

This service makes using cloth diapers easy because they provide all of the diapers we need and pick up the dirty ones so we save the time and energy for washing/drying. We used disposable diapers for our children as newborns when we left the hospital and they each got diaper rashes. When we switched to cloth, we never had that problem again. We signed up with Bear Bottoms Diaper Service 5 years ago for our daughter and are using them again currently for our son. They are so great to deal with and very prompt with pickup/delivery each week. You can also customize each week the number of diapers needed and it's the same cost. Cloth diapers may seem like too much work but it's not and Bear Bottoms only makes it so easy. Disposable diapers are terrible for the environment and now that garbage pick up with be every two weeks, I hope more people will consider doing cloth. Another incentive - potty training will likely come sooner as your child can feel when they are wet. We stopped with diapers at 13 months with our daughter. I highly recommend Bear Bottoms!

We loved Bear Bottoms diaper service! It was always our goal to use cloth diapers for environmental reasons and the service made it so easy. As first-time parents having diapers delivered weekly really helps. Would highly recommend Bear Bottoms to anyone. Our weekly order was always prompt, and communicating with them regarding size and quantity changes was a breeze.

Bear bottoms diaper service takes the headache out of cloth diapering for sure! Their customer service is top notch; any changes I’ve had to make has been welcomed and accurate. Bey who I usually correspond with is always so kind and helpful. The driver always acknowledges my young daughter when she waves. This may be small to them but it makes a world of a difference for us. Worth every penny!

If I could give this company a zero I would have had nothing but problems with this company I was given a gift for my baby shower for diapers they are terrible diapers they leaked through the plastic part pushed into my baby's stomach. I haven't even started with the worst part yet before I even received the diapers I was asked to give a credit card so they could randomly charge me at random times it was a gift so why would I need to add a credit card. I decided to hold off on the diapers for the summer because they make my baby sweat so I thought okay I'll start the service up again in the winter I have had a bag of dirty diapers here for 3 weeks no driver has come pick them up every time someone comes to pick him up I'm not home I left them in the lobby and nobody has contacted me back I left multiple emails and still nobody has contacted me back so if somebody sees this from the company somebody please contact me back

Sadly I am giving this service 1 star and only because I believe in the product. Otherwise from start to end it has been one set of problems after another and the admin person makes excuses and blames others instead of taking accountability. We are quitting the service because of the handling of numerous errors including now overbillings/billing discrepancies that the admin person will still not address 3+ weeks later and 5 emails from me. At this point we feel cheated and taken advantage of. We believe in the product and model so much that it pains me that because of a staff issue they are losing our business. If you dont care about errors, paying for service/product you did not receive and lack of communication then go with them
