Diego is top notch - professional, friendly and fast! He was highly recommended by a family friend (retired plumber). He came promptly to replace our hot water tank. We can't be happier with the service provided by Diego and Gregori Plumbing! It was around 8pm when we noticed a leak in our ceiling and realized that it was coming from either the washing machine/pipes. We had just moved into our first home, so we were afraid and panicking about the damages. I put in a job request form through Home Depot and Diego contacted me immediately. Initially, he was very helpful through text, getting more information about the issue and giving us a quote for the plumbing service. Diego realized that the leak was ongoing and deemed it an emergency, so he drove over in less than 30 minutes. He wore a mask and shoe covers as soon as he entered our home. He showed us the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. As a bonus, he also taught us about what he was doing while he was doing it, and taught us what to do in the case of a water-related emergency. He was very kind, courteous, and skilled. We are looking forward to use Gregori Plumbing in all our future needs. My whole family is very impressed with everything. Would recommend to all our friends and family in the area.

It was a good experience to hire Diego and his brother to replace my old furnace and hot water tank. Before the installation, I asked a lot of questions and get professional answers without delays. So, it helped me to feel confidence with Diego and I think I made a right choice. All installation went smoothly and as it was planned. All equipment were installed as we discussed together. I just had Diego and his brother come in an install central AC into my home and it couldn’t have been happier. For everyone who is on the fence about what company/contractor/person to go with, look no further, “Gregori Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd.” is a sound choice!Prior to choosing to go ahead with Diego, I had 4-5 companies/contractors come in to do a site evaluation and supply me with options and quotes. Quotes varied quite a bit, but more concerning is the variance in options/advice given. Some companies sold the install to be the hardest job which would require major custom work to make the install work, ultimately upping costs. Others tried to convince me that my furnace/blower was about to go and required replacing and they could do a package deal for new furnace and AC. When Diego came, he was very clear in explaining what was required and did not try to sell the install to be anything more than what it is. Diego answered any questions I had about the install and gave his opinion on other options that I brought up (heat pump, mini-splits, etc.)After the initial site visit, Diego supplied a quote the night of which was very competitive compared to others I got. I felt comfortable with the quote and more importantly, my initial interaction with Diego. Install date was scheduled quickly and on day of install Diego and his brother arrived on time and worked pretty much non-stop to get the full install completed within the day. Diego and his brother were respectful of our home and caused minimal disruption during the whole day of install. Once install was complete, Diego took the time to explain the system and how everything worked. When looking at the install, everything looks to be done very clean and shows true workmanships and pride in their work.I will be keeping the contact information of Diego for any future needs and will be recommending them to everyone I know. If you are hesitant on choosing a smaller company over a large company, just know that with “Gregori Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd.”, the owner and his brother will be the ones coming to do the initial site visit and they will also be doing the installation. In February, our furnace stopped blowing warm air during a weeks-long period of sub-zero weather. Diego corrected a surface-level issue with the furnace, but he also took time to run further diagnostics and safety checks inside the house. He detected a carbon monoxide leak inside the house, ushered my family to safety, and then continued to inspect the furnace. He ultimately uncovered a manufacturing defect that had caused a core component to break down prematurely. We had recently purchased the home, and we were then expecting to have to buy a new furnace--but Diego was able to contact the manufacturer, verify the existing warranty on the unit, and have the replacement part expedited from a local supplier.We had heat restored and a completely refurbished furnace within a couple of days, and it the only cost was labour (which I was more than happy to pay). More importantly, Diego's thoughtful work spared us the cost and safety risk of a greater failure later on.
