Incredible incredible incredible. I walked in to this place not knowing what to expect with a complicated job. I was also fearing the price may be outside my budget.I met Mr renaud and the lady who works at the counter. They were sweet, took their time understanding my every need and delivered on an incredible piece. Let’s not even discuss the incredibly reasonable price. I even tried to give him more money but he would not accept. They will earn my business forever.Mr renaud. Vous êtes un homme de classe et de gentillesse incroyable. I brought my own non-lead crystal wine glasses and they did a marvellous job engraving them. The engraving is very deep and looks incredibly elegant and fancy.It was a gift for my parents for their 25th wedding anniversary. My mom loves them. Shes says they look too good to drink out of them.

I was SO impressed with the quality of service and the work; the care and attention to detail was exceptional. I'm a graphic designer and I can be pretty picky about typography. I brought two silver CROSS pens in to be engraved and it turned out better than I could have expected! From start to finish this experience was perfect. Such a warm reception and helpful suggestions... I couldn't have asked for more. I will definately be back. Thank you SO much!

They do the cheap engravings but not the expensive stuff. Don't bother with them if you are looking for high-end work, they won't even bother to tell you they don't do it -- great customer service right? /sarcasm
