City of Port Coquitlam

Raised a complaint about noise from a vehicle, the bylaw clerk has no problem initially accepting all evidences and the complaint, however later, she said this is not a city issue and totally disregarded my concerns. She needs to be educated, In the noise bylaw complaint there is a checkbox for vehicles. Additionally, city of PoCo Noise Bylaw doesnt say not applicable to moving vehicles" something she emphasized incorrectly."

Nice small town feel and friendly staff plus the grounds are always very well kept.

All the tax payers of Port Coquitlam must enjoy a civic government with no regard to overspending hard earned taxpayer money. Having a perfectly good park bulldozed down on Shaunessy and McAllester , during a times we are all facing.. Just because it was approved previously in a budget , doesn’t mean you should go through with it , There is a food instability and affordable housing problem throughout this district… not a re-do a green space issue , not looking forward to a renewed park after seeing the mess they made on McAllister ….how many times can you continue to cut into concrete sidewalks and replace posts …. Check the city website…. You will be flabbergasted by the cost of this street refresh ….

The City hall in Port Coquitlam is a very beautiful place with a small area and a very clean and convenient environment. There are libraries and coffee shops around, and parking is free.

Awsome place ,polish cultural fest was very nice to watch performances and try their heritage food .

Visitor friendly with stairs and elevator for those that may need the lift, and may be carrying items not easily done on staircases.

Do not think of moving to this city. Noise bylaws not enforced. You literally cannot live here without earplugs.

No idea how the government works but this place looks nice.We rested here and ate Gelato from Matteo across the street. There's a seat here you can sit on. Good place to just rest a bit.-1 kind of old. needs an update and a bit of cleaning. that's all.
