Friendly and spends time to purchase your airline tickets but unhelpful and seemed annoyed when you want to change the dates on your flights after wanting to shortened your trip.Called the travel agent who booked the ticket after trying to change our flight dates online with Air Canada but unfortunately, due to different booking systems, was unable to change online and had to go through the agent. We explained this to the agent who booked the ticket, only then she was willing to help.
