Firstly, Peter Grimes is AMAZING! Not only did he help me buy out my lease, he even got me looking at another car and I'm on that waiting list. He was professional and courteous. He was attentive to my needs and offered advise based on what I wanted and was looking for. He is very thorough and detailed and knows a lot about cars. Well, this afternoon I said so long to my 2015, Toyota scion TC and hello to my new 2023 Toyota Rav 4 hybrid woodland edition. I'm loving my new car already! Thanks to Justin and the finance team at Myers Barrhaven. After a drunk driver totalled my 2018 Corolla, I came to the dealership in hopes of buying a 2023. Since they are not available yet, Justin went through all the Corolla’s with me on site and we picked the best one for me which was a 2021 Corolla. All the staff were super accommodating and held the car for me as I had to wait for the insurance cheque to come in before I could purchase the car. Really happy with the customer service we got from Justin! Can’t wait until the 2023 Corolla comes in as well.
