I cannot recommend them more! I booked the postpartum doula support and it made all the difference. Paige was absolutely amazing with the baby but also with us. She made sure that we were well fed and rested, help us with the first bath, and made herself useful wherever she could. We ended up booking extra hours because she was excellent. I'm so so so grateful for Paige!

I contacted Bump and Glow looking for a Doula and was put in contact with Kimberly. She was Godsent! She was always available to answer my questions, offer advice and support. Her presence at my birth felt really good and she is very knowledgeable in regards to breastfeeding, which helped a lot with postpartum. She was also able to provide help with other things I needed. Overall, I am very satisfied and recommend Bump and Glow if you want to have a caring doula by your side during Matrescence.

I highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking for a postpartum doula. She is knowledgeable, supportive, patient and professional.Nancy came to our home the second day after we left the hospital while everything was still new and overwhelming. She answered all of our questions, showed us helpful tricks, and helped us get settled in.In the weeks that followed, Nancy came to our home about once per week to help us with everything from baby care to light housework. She was always flexible about time and she made our life easier.One of the most valuable things Nancy provided was emotional support. As first-time parents, we were often feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. Nancy was always there to listen, offer advice, and help us calm down. She made a difficult time much easier.We are so grateful for Nancy's help. She is an amazing doula, and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

For our first baby we worked with Megan for prenatal classes, they were informative and modern. When it was time for baby number two we knew exactly where to turn, this time the focus was postpartum. Megan connected me to the perfect postpartum doula who I felt comfortable working with during such a vulnerable time. Nancy was an angel, she helped with meal prep, light housework, emotional support and was an amazing sounding board for anything baby related. We originally took a set block of hours, then ended up adding more since we found it so valuable. I wish we would have done this the first time around. Megan and her team helped our family survive the 4th trimester, I cannot recommend Bump and Glow's services enough.

When I wen it to labour, I felt extremely supported and advocated for when I couldn’t speak. She also gave my partner a sense of empowerment that allowed him to be right next to me the entire time. She made my bf and I feel super at ease and, in the end, we felt like we didn’t just have a Doula accompanying us on our initiation into parenthood, but that we had made a new friend. If you are a hyperrational researcher, you may think you know or can read and explore all the information a doula can give me. I had doubts and regrets about hiring a doula until my labour day. I had a feeling that I knew everything what can be the contribution of my doula? Even when I arrived at the hospital and got my epidural I thought we really did not need a doula. However, when I approached the delivery time, I texted my doula (Valerie), who was at the hospital very quickly. At that moment when I was out of my mind and miserable, I realized that Valerie was the best decision I've ever made during my pregnancy. She was my voice and my support at the time I could not do it for myself. Very smoothly, she was the one controlling the show and helping me to get what I wanted. I can easily say that Valerie is the only reason I have not ended up with a C-section.If you are someone like me with research skills, know that birth is not just science, you need someone with multiple birth experience who knows you very well and know how to advocate for you. If you can afford it, do not hesitate to hire a doula who gets you and can be there for you. I highly recommend Bump and Glow and I had an amazing experience with Valerie.
