5 stars is an understatement. I’ve never been to a mixed martial arts gym so welcoming, and respectful but also full of absolute killers that will help YOU as well as themselves. No one is selfish, or egotistical and the typical “we are family” cliche (though so basic) is an extremely great way to describe this gym. When I walked into the gym it’s like none other. Its sanitary, aesthetically pleasing, and all around fantastic. My man Matt welcomed me and my buddies the first day, and continues to do the same every single day making sure we feel like a part of this family. Theres respect outside the training matts but especially on the training matts (which is more important than people give it credit for). If you show up you are not only going to better your fighting skills but better yourself. Martial arts teach respect, vigilance, and self control, and that is what you learn through the open arms of Central Combat Sports, both in the cage AND, arguably more importantly, outside.

Super friendly and welcoming. Great workout, coaches are really knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking to train or just get in shape this is the place to start.

It's the best and most welcoming environment and the classes are what i look forward to, I am always learning something new. The coaches are knowledgeable and happily give you the tools to succeed. By far, the best gym in Windsor.

Staff is friendly and highly trained. All the coaches at the gym go out of the way to help you learn and make you feel welcomed. Wouldn’t have started my journey elsewhere.I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone interested to learn MMA.

This place is the best gym the city. The environment is obsessively clean. The club has all kinds of equipment at the ready for your training needs, regardless of what you're working on. Each coach has his or her own style so the classes are well rounded and never boring. Whether you here for fitness, a hobby, or a profession the gym and coaches adapt to your needs. The best part is your training partners, there's a full range of experience levels so you can work with someone your own speed or spar with someone who will challenge you. No egotistical meat heads drilling your legs or busting your arms to make themselves superior. Everytime I walk through the doors I feel like a part of the team.

By far the best training environment I've ever been apart of, I'm a new member of this gym and it's quite evident after your first class why they have a 5 star rating. There is certainly no exaggeration when it comes to claims of professionalism. Eric certainly make you feel welcomed as though you've been there for years, he is very helpful and encouraging. Something that stuck out most to me is that the head coach, Coach Peter had not been present at my first few classes, the first class that I was at with him instructing he found out my name, just to come to me and coach and encourage me personally. When someone goes out of their way to welcome you like that, it does not leave you.Can't say enough good things about CentralThanks for everything so far guys.

I just finished my trial period, and immediately signed up for full membership! From the first phone conversation I felt welcomed, was treated w respect and professionalism and Eric and Matt made it very easy to get started. I'm here for muay thai/kickboxing, so I have only met Coach Dom and Coach Megan and they have both been awesome, understanding and encouraging! I can see myself training here for years to come! The facility is extremely large, modern and spotless, w a full gym area and class options 6 days a week. If you are looking to get started, this is a great spot!

Great place to start learning MMA, very welcoming environment and amazing coaches. Matt was great help when I was getting set up and everyone is friendly towards those who are just starting out. Cannot stress enough how great it is to come to Central Combat Sports and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to begin their journey in MMA.
