Vaughan Collision Centre Ltd

Very disappointed with the service I received at this collision centre. Vaughan's tow truck hitches my car wrong and messes the front of my car. Fixes most likely the cheapest of pieces but not the entire damage of my car. I was happy to receive my car after 16 days without it. Driving it home I felt stuff wrong.I called Kevin for him to tell me its all in my head! he said for me to go get a second check if I'm concerned, I brought it for a second opinion to find out that I'm missing clips and other pieces at an estimate of $1,400.00. Kevin also stated that if the second opinion finds things wrong he will incur the costs. I will never bring my car back to this shop again.. I expect Kevin to honor his words and his businesses reputation.

These guys are very good in doing their job. I was referred by one of my friends to their Collision Center. Initially, I was a bit hesitated as I never had any experience with Collision. But once I received my Vehicle It was just as I received from the Showroom when I purchased it. There Reputation follows their hard work. I would like to say thank you very much to Mustafa and his team.

Every employee was friendly and seemed like they actually wanted to help you out instead of screw you over like most shops do. The owner was very helpful and took the time to break everything down for me. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and my car came out looking brand new. I highly recommend this shop as I was thoroughly impressed with my experience!

my war, hit from behind, was towed there by truck, and at the beginning they told us they will fix within 2 weeks and also they gave us life warranty for their repair verbally.. Actually it took almost 2 months to get work done.They did REPLACE everything as needed, but I heard load noise when I picked my car up, had to go back again. after 2 days I returned my car as it was leased car. and I received bill from dealer due to tail gate alignment issue.When I called them, they said they will call me back. but I never receive their calls.NEVER TRUST TOW TRUCK AND SUCH A TRASH COLLISION CENTER

Kevin has great customer service and all the staff is very kind. I have taken my car here for two separate accidents and it now feels and looks like a new car, thanks Vaughan collision centre!

KEVIN IS THE MAN!!!! Listen, ive dealt with a lot of body shops, a lot of mechanics. This guy goes above and beyond every single time. He truly cares about his clients. I'd recommend my own mother to him. Ill never go anywhere else for the rest of my life. Kevin does great work and great business. Highly recommend this shop 10/10.
